Lakeview Cottage is located in Theresa, New York and is part of the Indian River Watershed. This recently remodeled cottage boasts a new kitchen, new appliances, and a spacious luxurious bath, complete with full size washer and dryer. The vaulted living space provides breathtaking views of the lake from every window and sliding doors that open to a spacious deck.

The cottage is fully furnished and made even cozier with a fireplace in the kitchen and lopi propane stove in the living area for fall and winter months. The two bedroom cottage can sleep up to six people. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a bunk of double beds. Children only on the top bunk.

You are minutes away from a public preserve on a neighboring lake where more hiking and fishing abound. You are also 20 minutes away from the 1000 islands area and the St. Lawrence River for boutique shopping, restaurants and boat tours!

Moon Lake supports fish species such as yellow perch, black crappie, sunfish, brown bullhead, northern pine and largemouth bass. If you enjoy glamping, swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, ice fishing, or just relaxing; Lakeview Cottage is the place for you to relax and unwind with the family!
