The apt is part of the owner's home, but is completely separate with its own 2 entrances, large TVs, w/d, and an EXTRA LARGE ROMAN SHOWER. Side private patio. The Village of Amelia is 5 mins from Lake Sumter Landing, 10 min from Brownwood Paddock Square, 10 mins from Spanish Springs, and fifteen minutes from Sawgrass Grove and Edna's on the Green.
