This property was perfect for us. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options. Right next door to train station which worked great for us. A quiet place, very relaxing. Would definitely recommend

Lovely new hotel right outside the train station. Great location , lovely room but a fridge would have been helpful . Breakfast was expensive but there are supermarkets opposite the station where you can buy bakery items , prepared fruit bowls , yogurts etc.

Good Hotel in Great Location
I have stayed at other InterCity hotels before and have always been satisfied. This is a very new hotel, and location is great. Very close to the station, but also close to the centre of Leiden. Reception staff at the hotel were excellent, providing information and assistance as necessary. Room was pleasant and bed comfortable. All at a very reasonable price. Would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed here on the opening night, so everything was very new and clean. Hotel is conveniently located, only a 2-minute walk from Central station. Bed is very comfortable and well worth the price paid. The only downside is that only bottled water are provided in the Business Room, no kettle or tea/coffee are available.

Een mooi hotel( net geopend),ik had een zeer luxe en mooie kamer voor mij alleen . Ik vond het personeel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam...En als treinreiziger vond ik het ideaal dat het hotel zo dicht bij het station lag.. Maar ook stond je zo in de binnenstad.. Ideaal..

Nytt hotell med många brister
Nytt hotell med många brister. Perfekt läge vid stationen. Annonserades att ha luftkonditionering vilket inte stämde och den ventilation som fanns fungerade dåligt. Falsk annonsering. Upprepad stank från avloppet i vårt rum. Känt problem men vi fick inte byta rum pga att hotellet var fullt förrän efter några dagar. Dåligt tränad städpersonal. Ok frukost och wifi. När jag klagade sade personen i receptionen att allt var känt och det blir nog bättre så småningom.
