Staff were nice. Rooms were clean. Trash and transients in the parking lot let everything down a little. Hallways appeared to be under construction.

Very dirty on the outside of the property, found used tampons in the parking lot and lots of drug users hanging out in the parking lot. There was hardly any breakfast and no high chair for our little one to use. Overall the receptionists were awesome with us.

The room i was in (105), on the other side of the wall that the headboard was on was a equipment room and about every 20 seconds something would turn on for about 15 to 20 seconds all night long it was very annoying and not able to sleep

For price was okay dated seemed dirty in room and bed spread looked dirty. Breakfast was okay and was a bit noisy with other guests. Have stayed before and will probably again because of price and was needing a room traveling through. Good is its located close to dining locations

I had car trouble, was out of cell range so didn’t stay in the room because I had to stay with my car. I asked for a refund and no one contacted me. I paid in advance, so I was out the money. I would not recommend this to another person. Life happens. If you are good enough to pay weeks in advance, they should be good enough to give you your money back when an event is out of your control.

There were flea in the bathroom. The sink looks worse than the one in the lobby. The carpet in the hallway is old and is not flat, easy to trip over. The breakfast is not good, not enough option. Only two kinds of cereal to choose from. The hard boiled egg doesn't taste good. There is no yogurt. The waffle machine is cool. The office chair in the room is very comfortable. You can hear the traffic from the freeway and train in the room at bedtime and early morning. I wish to have money back because there was fleas. Perhaps the hotel needs to separate pet friendly room and no pet room.

The carpet seemed dirty. The room was dirty and old. The window was open when I got in I understand it was a super eight, but I still expect it some kind of cleanliness for a hotel. The Ottoman was torn. An animal probably a dog had pooped in front of my door.

Not good place to stay. Rather shabby and unkempt. So noisy had to put my dog in car after paid extra for him to be in room Will never use Expedia again they have terrible customer service and poor listings
