Trying to do our best for the protection of all of you this summer due to the unprecedented pandemic, we wish to inform you about the preventive measures we have taken, the amenities we have added and the safety services you can enjoy during your stay at our villa. 1) At the time being, the whole area of the island is subject to travel restrictions in order its citizens and future tourists to be protected. 2) The Villa is located outside the residential area of the island. It has a private beach and you can be isolated if you wish. 3) After the initiative of Open Homes and for preventive reasons, home owners must wait 72 hours between the bookings because of the increased exposure danger. 4) Before of each arrival, apart from usual cleaning, we disinfect areas where are commonly used by the guests. 5) Delivery of your shopping is possible by the local super market on the same day of your order. During this summer (2020) and your whole stay, we offer for free: 1) Hand sanitizers (antibacterial and disincentive) 2) Gloves and wet wipes 3) Soaps 4) Table napkins 5) Wipes 6) Toilet paper rolls After all these precautious measures, we hope that you enjoy your v

Charming house by the sea with a nice private beach, amazing panoramic view to the sea and beautiful sunsets from the house terrace. The beach and seawater are Ideal for families with children. Good starting point to explore the rest of the island. Beautiful house with garden, less than 50m from a nice private beach, compose with rocks, sand and crystal clear water with sandy depth. "Lagada unit" is ideally placed in a beautiful natural setting on a top of a green hill overlooking a beautiful canyon that is a natural pool. The landscape is breathtaking and covers from a side the landscape of the hinterland and the beautiful white sandy beaches, coves and cliffs that make up the surrounding coastline. Everything can't let provide a pleasant and relaxing. The house located in the less crowded western part of Thasos Two floors villa with garden and direct access to the sea, composed by a big living room with large windows overlooking the sea. The Neighborhoods are very quite and friendly with kids (18, 11 and 6 years old) speaking French, English, German and (some of them Greek) usually they absent from June to end July.
