The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I only have two small complaints. There were no curtains that could be drawn over the sheers for privacy at night or to darken the room in the morning. I wish the lighting had been brighter in the bathroom. Otherwise, i would recommend it.

Our room, room 210 was extremely musty smelling. Woke up with headache and congestion because of it. Also the maids are moving cleaning carts between floors using the one elevator that people need to use for luggage at the same time as people are trying to leave.

The property was good. But they didnt have thie reservation. We had to pay them again. Weve never had an issue b4 w/Orbitz. We have started an incident report w/ my CC. Disputing your charges.

Property appears clean but we had a roach in the bathroom, the lever to switch from tub to shower did not work. It was too expensive. The staff member seemed bothered by us coming in late. He didn't make eye contact when we came in and even took a drink from his cup and still didn’t acknowledge us. I spoke first. If I stayed in the area again I would check out other places.

Needs updates
For one night or was ok, but I won't be back. The place needs some updates. The elevator was old, slow, and sounded worn. The bathtub needs to be replaced and a floor under it because I felt like I was going to fall through. The walls need better sound barriers because the man next door was sawing logs and we could hear that loud and clear!! A little noisey for me but for one night it did the job.
