Other Things to Note:
1. Fire Pit. Do not use when covered with snow. Please follow safety practices and protect children. Firewood is available in the long stack in the compound. There is a black canvas wagon for use. There are additional chairs in the garage, metal and woven. There will be hotdog rods hanging in the garage or at the outdoor grilling area.
2. Outdoor grill. The grill is central propane. Please keep the grill and area clean.
3. The platform tent. Zoning law does not allow us to rent or otherwise provide the tent to tenants for sleeping. You may enjoy the deck and the tent otherwise but remember that it has special significance to our family so enjoy it with care.
4. House of doors. The house has many doors in each bathroom which can bump each other. We suggest keeping the doors closed on the rooms with the toilets to help mitigate that problem.
5. Hot tub. Enjoy safely. No children still in diapers should ever be in the hot tub. a. Lift the black hydraulically assisted mechanism up. b. Remove the straps and bungees from the cover and set them aside after making note of where they were so you can replace them after you are through with the tub; c. Fold the cover towards the lift.
d. Slide the cover into the bars of the hydraulic lift and lower it down.
Reverse the process when done with the tub.
Be sure to strap the cover down each time when you are finished because of the sometimes sudden high winds that could blow the cover off and damage it.
