Don’t be fooled by the pictures and the price… This hotel is disgusting. Arrived with my wife, checked in, and took the smelly elevator to the third floor. Upon entry to our room, discovered a giant hole in the wall, yellow stains on the white comforter, and cobwebs in the corners. Went back down and asked for a different room, and was told by the front desk man that they were fully booked. Keep in mind, there were only seven cars in the entire parking lot. When explaining the dirtiness of the room, he merely said we don’t have anyone to clean until tomorrow. He finally assigned me a different room. Upon entering the second room, another hole in the wall, rubber baseboard in the corner falling off of the wall with loose drywall pieces on the ground, and most disturbing - three stink bugs crawling across the ceiling, one of which I took a picture of. I went back downstairs and told the man there is no way we can stay here. We do not have any confidence that anything is cleaned and there are bugs in the rooms. I asked for a refund and he said I have to call the manager on Monday, but she doesn’t give refunds. Consequently, we immediately booked a room at the Drury In. and had a wonderful stay there. This hotel lied to Expedia and said we stayed the night there siding that is the reason that they will not give me a refund. They will not return my phone calls. Stay here at your own risk, and don’t expect any help if you have a Customer Service issue

It was very clean, affordable, hot bkft included. The only complaint was about the light sensors...every time someone got up to go to bathroom, the lights automatically came 9n, and disturbed others in room. At check out, I asked about this, and was told the only way to stop this was to cover the sensors.

The name of the hotel is sleep inn how ever you won’t sleep in because the cleaning crew is extremely loud slamming doors , pounding talking etc etc.. and it is very noticeable so sleeping past 8 am isn’t going to happen

Great Stay in Terre Haute!
What a great stay. Couldn't have been better...Quick check-in, friendly staff, beautiful spacious room. The room as clean and quiet, shower was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable, TV was great! Couldn't have been happier.

The hotel seems a bit older but the rooms have been renovated. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was smaller than I would prefer. Breakfast was average. We have stayed in various hotels in the Terre Haute area to visit our son at Rose Hulman. We have had more issues with some of the "better" hotels, so overall we were pleased.

The check in was terrible, was not ask if we wanted pay cash or credit. Hallway was in bad shape, room was clean but bathroom wasn't very big. Water pressure was not very good.

Only negative thing about this is the location is a little hard to find and by a vacant lot. On the other hand, it's near the interstate and easy drive to places ot eat. Very clean room. Breakfast had a waffle iron, so there was something hot. Staff was friendly.
