Welcome to Almost Heaven! This cabin is the perfect getaway for your stay here at Alpine Lake, Almost Heaven, WV. This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home, sleeping 8, plus an additional 2 on a sleeper sofa, has everything you need for your vacation getaway.
The features of this home are a plenty! Walking in the main living room you will find plenty of seating for your entire group and a wood burning stove, plenty of wood will be supplied to build you a cozy fire in the winter months. From the main living area you can walk into the dining area and the fully stocked kitchen ready for you to get your inner chef on for your group!
Down the hallway you will find all of the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Bedroom 1-the master suite includes a queen bed, bathroom with shower/tub combo, tv and electric fireplace.
Bedroom 2-1 twin bed plus a twin over full bunk bed.

This home also has an additional family/entertainment room which includes a sleeper sofa, additional couches, a woodburning stove, a gas stove, and a dry bar area.
The back of the home is the place to hang out! There is a covered patio with a propane grill, plenty of seating, an outdoor fire pit, and hot tub.
**This homeowner requests that towels for the beach/pool be brought with you, the home’s towels are not to leave the property.**
While staying at Almost Heaven you will have access to the amenities offered at the resort such as the heated indoor pool, fitness center, game room, and restaurant. Want to be outside in nature? Alpine has you covered with hiking and biking trails, a stocked lake for fishing, a beach area, kayaks and canoes, basketball court, 18-hole golf course, mini golf, and more. This home is located minutes away from several state parks, cross country ski trails, and is within proximity to the Wisp Resort and Canaan Valley area. Enjoy all the activities that this area has to offer including whitewater rafting and downhill skiing. You won't want to miss the waterfalls at Swallow Falls State Park or the beauty of the Cranesville Swamp. The town of Oakland is located within 10 minutes and features several restaurants and a quaint downtown shopping area.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A driver’s License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking or vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
Supplies - please note the property only comes equipped with linens, wash clothes, towels, and dishes. All other supplies including dish soap, sponge, shampoo, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are NOT provided. The guests will need to supply their own during the entire stay.
This cabin is NOT pet friendly. Any signs of pet found; the renter agrees to pay up to a $500.00 fee. Please note that the owners do have dogs, if you have a dog allergy please consider another of our wonderful pet free homes.
