Awesome stay literally next next door to the pyramids i mean literally next door Awesome location i couldn't have asked for a better location stay at i loved the Villas Arqueologicas Teotihuacán i recommend anyone who wants to see the pyramids to stay at Villas Arqueologicas Teotihuacán
Desde que llegamos nos atendieron super, muy limpias todas las instalaciones. Todos los que trabajan ahí super amables lo único es que estaban remodelándolo el restaurante y no probamos sus estoy seguro deliciosos platillos pero será para la próxima.
I have stayed with them multiple times, the hotel is very cozy, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just this time I notice that the bed was not conformable the mattress was not even and they should get new ones for the rest was great.
Really amazing rustic motel near the Pyramids. The staff was incredibly nice and had some great recommendations that we did the following day and had an wonderful day touring the pyramids at our own pace.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Not to impress with the hotel. No A/C and lots of noise through the night. People outside the pool area partying throughout the night. Hotel staff said nothing to keep the noise down. The restaurant and location was decent.

Disliked: Staff & service
I could not reach hotel by phone for confirmation. When we arrived someone outside the property told us the owner cancelled our reservation. I was not notified by owner or Expedia. I am not pleased.
I have been coming here since the 90’s. First, booked thru Expedia at $100 a night, which I thought was high. At arrival was advised that they had a special and the price was 1/2 of what I paid. Requested a quiet room. Room given had no internet reception. Room changed to a noisy room, spotty internet. Then drunks singing at 10 pm, by the pool, had to request 2 x on phone to keep them quiet. Finally after 45 minutes, had to go to the front desk and again request that the manager do something to stop the noise. Manager incompetent. Could not work on the net due to frequent outage. Very low water pressure and bad shower head. Kids playing outside my room window in the dark after 9. No control. The rest of the staff very acomodating. Super disappointing and feel ripped off.
The building and decoration of the lobby and rooms is lovely. To be able to eat by the pool was great and the wait staff and desk staff were knowledgeable and charming and spoke English well. The mattress was disappointing and the screen to my window was falling off. Also the walls to my room were so thick that Wifi was terrible. I couldn't even text my friend in the room next door. Had to go down to the pool for decent WiFi. Location by Teo was terrific. Daily windy summer thunderstorms prevented me from swimming, which is one reason I wanted to stay there, so that's disappointing.
A lovley place to relax, the hotel is clean and comfortable with a gorgeous pool area and spa. The staff are all really helpful and freindly and the location is perfect for visiting the piramids.

Loved the location and the spa was great. But the Restaurant was very expensive and overall the pricing erratic: sometimes coffee $30 sometimes $50 for example. Hard yo get things like toilet paper.
