The hotel is pretty basic. Breakfast is ok, not many options. Overall is an hotel. In order to improve they need to provide training to their staff. All the interactions we had with them lack professionalism. First, to do our check in, the 2 girls at the front desk were talking between them and took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge our presence there, note that we were the only ones waiting. The hotel has potential to be a great hotel, when they have a team that is friendly and professional. Also, improve your breakfast options, perhaps have a real restaurant and stop using the lobby to serve breakfast to your clients.

Atendimento impecável, funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar e a oferecer a melhor estadia possível , voltaria pelos funcionários não pela estrutura, quarto muito apertado , banheiro abafado, falta um closed ou guarda roupas, cabide também não havia porém solicitei na recepção e fui atendido de imediato com total cordialidade . Estacionamento de dentro do hotel mesmo muito pequeno, porém tem outro do lado de fora bem ao lado que cabe bastante carro

Isto ruim. Péssimo serviço dos recepcionistas (pareciam estar fazendo favor em nós atender e não desempenhando suas funções, não sabiam o que fazer em situações não normais), entregaram impresso com a senha errada do wi-fi, sem tolhas, cobertor e copo no quarto, e ao solicitarmos fomos atendidos com péssima vontade, quarto escuro, com a porta do banheiro emperrada, sem tapete de banheiro, com o ralo do chuveiro não dando vazão ao volume de água do chuveiro, ocasionando inundação no banheiro e quarto

Café da Manhã decepcionante
Hotel bem localizado, novo, com cama boa, quarto e banheiro bons tbm. Atendentes educados e prestativos, dei 3 estrelas devido a pobreza e falta de opções no café da manhã, foi nossa decepção, muitíssimo fraco mesmo nesse quesito, é o que tem de melhorar para obter maior nota.
