You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Gorgeous Heritage-listed Tiligra, circa 1897 welcomes small groups from 2 people, up to a maxiumum of 10 people per stay. Please note Tilly can be booked by the room only (2x people to a room) or to book the entire house, you must book for 10 adults. Whether it's 2 people or 10 people, you will still have access to main areas, spa and outdoors. The additional surcharge for extra guests is to accomodate for additional linen charges and avoids people not declard in the booking.
With 4 large bedrooms, a sleep out which includes 2 single beds, aircon, wifi, 2 bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen complete with coffee machine. The fully enclosed sunroom has a large Spa, wood fireplace and views of the large fenced yard and is super family friendly. Centrally located, with boutique shopping, quality dining and bespoke cafes, all just around the corner.
"Tilly" who was once the old Tenterfield Courthouse Hotel boasts 12ft ceilings, timber floors, hardwood VJ walls, quality furnishings and hints of her old heritage and many stories to tell. She has been lovingly renovated inside and out and is perfectly equipped for your escape.
4 large rooms plus a sleep out accessed through bedroom 3 and 4. The main room has own ensuite as well as a small sunroom that welcomes the morning sun. Both king sized front rooms have French doors that open out onto two different verandahs. Each large room comfortably sleeps 2 and all beds are of top quality with electric blankets in the cooler months.
All 4 rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, new linen and fresh towels and TV in Main bedroom and 3rd Room. Large lounge-dining area with TV, Desk, 8 seater dining table. The main bathroom located in this area also.
Metters combustion stove in the lounge-dining area is decorative only not for use.
This is also the area we set up for your Christmas in July! We do this every July through to the end of August and is a huge hit with our guests. We set up a tree, decorations and offer a special Christmas treat for all bookings in July and August. Who knows, you may even be blessed with snow!
While the house itself has come with old fireplaces, these are currently not in use due to Australian safety restrictions around fireplaces in bedrooms. Because its nice to have a real fire in winter we have put a wood fire in the sunroom which is great when having a spa or sitting around with friends and family playing a board game. In winter we will provide some firewood, additional can be purchased from local service stations.
Tilly Is set on a 2000sqm block with plenty of space for the kids to play with a trampoline, silk, bikes and equipment. The property is also fully fenced so approved pooches are welcome providing they stay in certain areas and do not disturb the neighbours. They are welcome in the patio and lounge/dining areas. Please always check the fences are suitable for your pets if they are Houdini's. Please bring your own bedding for your pets, this helps them feel more settled.
The home is located just in behind the Commercial Hotel and The Potting Shed so location is perfect for walking everywhere you need to.
You’re welcome to park your vehicles at the back of the property.
