The beds are super high up elevated too much..... my 87 yr old mom wasn't able to get into and outta bed without being helped Restroom was dirty ...over all felt like a motel 6

This place is awful. Our room smelled so intensely of cigarettes and was an absolute dump. There is no air conditioning, the beds are hard with thin and lumpy pillows. The front desk is of no help and could not care less about your comfort. I was so disappointed. You are better off at the Motel 6 down the street. I would not stay here again even if it was free

I have to stay at this property due to my place of employment. However, if I didn't I would never stay at this property. It is completely filthy. There is junk and Gunk all over the mirrors all over the windows. Their floors are black. The only convenience of the roadway inn is the fact that they are right in heart of Old Town Temecula which offers nice dining and events and bands to watch and listen to. Other than that, the staff is rude. The maid is rude and there's nothing of equality or quality at the roadway in Old Town. Temecula
