A one of a kind experience! Love the cleanliness and welcoming environment, downside was the checkout time not to friendly at all a little bit rude! But overall we had an amazing time and most definitely we will return soon

Information about spa and pool not given until check in. Spa won’t be open for approximately 2 years. Pool and jacuzzi are not open during the week. I had just checked in and the staff would not let me use the luggage carrier. I would have to wait 20 minutes until the bellhop came back from his break. Whole property understaffed during week Monday through Thursday. It was stated nonsmoking but people visibly smoking and the entire downstairs smelled very smoky. The restaurant had a very good Margarita pizza and a very good heirloom tomato and burrito cheese salad but there were a lot of knot flying around your face that you had to shew away while you were eating. There was one female person at the front desk that was less than inviting. Really needs a reality check on how to act with potential customers especially if they want them to return……I won’t be coming back.

Our room and the pool area were really nice. Pool service slow. Check in easy. Great band on Oct. 19th. Liked free parking and complimentary water everywhere. Didnt have food.

Check in was stodgy
When we checked in, there were two senior ladies using walkers who stood at the check in counter. The attendant then assigned us rooms very far from the elevator. Once we saw our rooms, we complained about the distance to the elevator. We were reassigned rooms very close to the elevator after that.

The room we stayed in smelled fresh and clean. Nice layout of furniture. Quiet and peaceful night. Were provided with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash. Good size, and smelled really nice. Very nice size bathroom. It included a beauty mirror. Very helpful when applying makeup, or for men when shaving. Would stay again .

We stayed for the weekend while attending a wedding in Fallbrook. Hotel was great! Very clean. Nice pool. Variety of food options on the property. Only negative was some of the quick service workers pressured you to tip. I'm all for tipping but not every time you are walking up to grab something quickly.
