Dear Friends. We are glad to present you with our beautiful house for you to stay with your family and or friends. The house is located in the great community, the center of Temecula with 1.3 hours driving distance to LA and 1 hour to San Diego. It is in a Cul-De-Sac neighborhood, quiet and safe. It sizes about 3000 sqf with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably to live up to 6 adults with 2 kids under 12. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The family room is big and bright with 18 ft high ceiling with several big widows to allow light to come in. You would love to sit on the balcony with a fantastic mountain view and golf playing by stepping out of the master room on the second floor. The barbecue area in the backyard with a full mountain view is big enough for up 10 people to sit for dinners or parties and the spa sitting up to 8 people comes with heating capability. The house comes with EV chargers of Level 1 and Level 2. The guests can park the cars on the drive way and off the streets nearby. It takes you 4 minutes driving to the closest grocery shopping center from the house and there are many restaurants nearby of different cuisines. The famous Temecula wineries are very close by with Pechanga Casino within walking distance. There is park/playground around the corner and the formal sports park are within 10 minutes on foot. The kids from neighborhood walk to the great elementary school and the “Great Oak” high school which is 10/10 ranking top 1% in America.
