I booked a week at a local best Western and utilized global insurance through Expedia in case I had to cancel. I had to cancel and called hotel and they said to call Expedia and then Expedia said to call global and then global insurance denied my claim and so I’m out $500 I will never ever use global insurance again nor use Expedia who had them on their website so I’m very disappointed in that this occurred. So Expedia for me is dead to me now. Global is a grifter company and beware!

My stay was turned out not only in favor , it was a life savor. From check in i was greeted , accomedated , and treated so kind. Management was exceptional and went above and beyond. Im a travel hair stylist and hiccups come with the territory and my day could have ended so bad but Ms. Stackhouse was angel in disgusted. Thank you and I will stay again.

King bed with sofa room is spacious and clean. All my desired amenities of fridge, microwave and in-room coffee. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. I happily recommend for a comfortable budget stay.

The sound came from outside everywhere. It was noisy. The customers (second floor) who stayed above us made noises all night, especially the sharp sounds. It was hardly sleeping. The walls of the building were not insulated.
