Private & Peaceful single story 2000sqft home on 2.5 acres with 3 bedroom and 3 baths with spacious fully equipped kitchen with granite slab counter, custom stone backsplash, stainless steel brand new appliances. Dining Room over looks the private pool & spa with rolling hills in the background. Please note that the hot tub usage is included with the stay but pool heating is an additional charge if you would like to add it to your reservation. Pool Heating Charges are based off current weather temps and propane usage, an accurate pool heating quote can be provided a week before check-in. Enjoy the large back porch while BBQ'ing on stainless steel grill. Home sleeps 6 comfortable with Large CalKing in Master Suite, Queen Bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Living Room has sofa chair with twin pull out bed and 1 roll out twin, we can offer a blow up mattress for an 8th person. We do have a 2.5+ car garage that we are sorry no cars are allowed to be parked in, because we have it as a GAME ROOM! Game Room complete with ping pong table, dart board, pub table & chairs plus more! Trailers & RV's are welcome to park with an additional fee, there are no hook ups but parking at the lower property. This property is a pure gem and allows you to enjoy the country life within just minutes of Award Winning Wineries, Golf, Casino, Entertainment and an Hour or less Drive to SoCal Beaches, San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, Legoland, and Disneyland.

Perfect Location in Wine Country!
The location was great - on a quiet road away from crowds, with beautiful views. Loved the wide back patio and relaxing in the hot tub; Enjoyed watching the sun set from the fire pit area. Great vineyards nearby, especially Cougar and Lorenzi!Enjoyed walking nearby and riding our gravel bikes. Inside a bit worn but comfortable. Large garage for our bikes. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed for 8 days while competing at Galway Downs Equestrian Center. Clean house, large space, big enough for 4 adults. Great kitchen and living spaces. The view is breath taking. Helpful host. Great place to stay. Close to everything we needed.

Cute but Dated
We checked into Bella Vista Ranch on a Thursday and stayed until Sunday. The home was listed a little differently than what it actually is. We were upset with how dirty the house actually was. There was dog hair on the floors and under the couches. We also saw a ton of dead bugs inside of the cabinets where cooking supplies were which was pretty gross, and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The house itself is very run down and the furniture was dirty and even broken on some pieces. The pool was nice but the outside just wasn’t very clean. The game room was terrible and most definitely needed to be cleaned and updated. Overall the house was fine but dirty and run down. Probably would not stay here again.

This house had it all. Great size and nearly as stocked as home. Perfect for a weekend full of reunions. Safe to let our dogs off leash in the back. And turns out a marriage proposal even happened on the deck!

Watch the fine print
No complaints about the property itself, but there is fine print that you should be aware of. The property description says hot tub is included yet we were charged $100. It also says that the temperature is set no lower than 72°. Unfortunately the fan motor was not working and so we did not get cool air into our bedrooms and bathrooms while we were preparing for a wedding so we were all sweating. I reached out to the property manager, and they were initially very cooperative and communicative, but stopped responding when I requested a refund for the hot tub expense (which says included in the description) as well as wanting some sort of a refund for the fact that the air conditioning was not working properly

Expensive Upfront Deposit, But a Great Stay
Not going to lie, the huge deposit is a tough pill to swallow and provided me and my wife a lot of stress. The house was amazing though, and my family had a great Christmas holiday. We cooked a full Christmas meal here, which was a treat to have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room capable of hosting everyone. The hot tub was a nice treat, and watching the Temecula valley hot air balloons rise in the morning as we sipped our coffee in the hot tub was a memory we’ll cherish. The sunsets by the fire pit on the front yard sitting area was nice also, though we had a hard time finding it because there’s no foot path to it (you have to walk across the lawn in order to find it). All in all, it was a great vacation at a great house.

Wonderful, centrally located, retreat
We were in Temecula for a wedding in early September and we were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful house. It is centrally located in Temecula with easy access to several wineries and the shopping district. The house is spacious and the bedrooms comfortable. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub a nice - warm - surprise with easy instructions for use. There were four of us, 2 are 81 years old and we were grateful because this house is all one level and so easy to get into and around and with all the rooms and the deck on the back of the house, everyone could find a place to relax. Communication with the owner was timely and precise. I highly recommend this property if you are going to be staying in Temecula.

Great get away
When we first arrived we were starving and pleased to find a fully stocked kitchen. With 2 college aged boys and a teenage girl we enjoyed the home, especially with the pool, jacuzzi and game room. We left the extra ping pong balls for the next guests to enjoy. We loved the private lot and the fenced in yard. The house is nicely decorated and better to see in person than the pictures. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Love everything but one thing
Great home and very beautiful. The spa and pool with that view was just amazing. Only thing that was bad was the amount of bugs in the house and found one black widow spider. Just a heads up but the home was great.

Nice place.
Nice location, I know it was pollen season, but we had to clean every chair we sat in at the pool, no good pingpong balls, the kitchen sink faucet handle comes off in hand but we were still able to make it work. These are all small things, over all we liked the place and it's beautiful location.
