The front services staff is completely unprofessional, incompetent, and discourteous. In the 4-night stay not once was my room cleaned. On the third night I requested my car along with 3 clean towels. Per policy you request your car 15-20 min in advance for valet to bring the car. I was waiting in our room for 30 min. After no towels showed up we head up for our car. The car was parked waiting for us. I asked Matt & Heather for an ETA on the towels. The response was “I don’t know.” “They will get to you.” Apparently they place a ticket and whenever housekeeping gets to your ticket that’s when you will receive any service and if the privacy tab is on the door per Heather “you will just be skipped.” After back and forth we don’t care attitude from the rude staff I ask for management. They have “no GM” and the supervisor kid that was hiding behind the swinging door didn’t say one word before Heather interrupted the me with the “supervisor” and began yelling at me. I removed myself from the situation because the supervisor allowed the front desk staff to behave ill-mannered. I paid over $1300 to stay at this property. It was a simple request for 3 fresh towels from the staff and they were horrendous. Thanks Bear who gave me Aaron’s card the manager of front services who I emailed and he completely disregarded the incident. Please train your staff, we are paying for the accommodations. The location is great, overall the hotel is rundown and the staff is unsatisfactory.
