Lulu City Unit #5G is a fantastic 2BD/2BA multilevel condo (3rd floor walk-up) in the Town of Telluride making it ideal for enjoying the summer festival season and the winter ski season. Lulu 5G has views to the west of the valley floor and views to the east of the pool, aspen trees and the town nestled in the famous box canyon. Coonskin (Lift 7) is only a couple minute walk as is the grocery store! The River Trail is a few steps out the door, providing wonderful access to town attractions (all less than 10 minutes walk) and a network of hiking and biking trails. Wonderful accommodation
We’ve stayed in a lot of places downtown telluride and this was a favorite! The location is a very easy walk to lift 7 or the free bus if you want to go to gondola. The unit was impeccably clean, the beds super comfortable. We had an extended stay and I like to cook and eat in. The kitchen was very well equipped and lacked for nothing. We highly recommend this unit

The place was wonderful. Enough space for two couples. Very close to Lift 7 and not far from town and the free Gondola. Would stay here again. Great communication with the owners.

Another fantastic stay!
Found this place in 2023 and was so excited to come back this year. It's on the far end of town, so there's a lot of walking, but the scenery is gorgeous! Love taking the river trail to town and it's a beautiful walk out west on the trail too. Will definitely be back!

Great place
We enjoyed this place. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, all stairs, so if you are planning on being active in Telluride, just remember you still have to walk up 3 floors to get to the main level and coded door to enter. Other than that the place is quaint and welcoming. It has free parking across the street and a 1 car garage.

We enjoyed our stay. Accommodation is well Located and very comfortable. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. The pool area wasn’t the cleanest but do appreciate that it’s shared and that will vary day by day and week by week. We would stay again and would recommend.

Great Condo for our family
Everything was very clean and spacious. We stayed Monday through Friday. The location is great: within walking distance to the market and just a few steps from the trail next to the river. Garage parking was a huge plus as the parking in the street is very crowded. My husband and I enjoyed being able to send the kids downstairs to their room with their own TV. My only complaint is there was no salt and pepper in the pantry to cook with. Other than that, this was a fantastic property!

Owner was very helpful in getting my SUV parking permit. Since it didnt fit the garage. Location was excellent only issue was little too hot in summer temperature was 88 outside in July and fan was not helping much. location was excellent. owner very helpful and prompt in responding.

Perfect ski getaway
Easy access to Lift 7, easy walk to Main Street, 1.5 blocks to grocery/market. The setup worked well for our family of 5. The furniture, including beds, was comfortable. A few items didn’t work in the unit, but nothing that impacted our stay- ice machine, jets on bathtub (didn’t use). Loved pool and hot tub. Super easy check in/out, access.

Great location and condo
Our family of four had a wonderful stay in Telluride and would definitely stay in this 2-bedroom condo again. Great location within walking distance of the lift in town. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend.

Property location was great, amenities we very nice, the only down side to the property was the Queen mattress and trundle mattress, they have that "sunk" impression so for two people to sleep in the Queen was extremely uncomfortable.
