The peace and quiet await you at the Cozy Bear Cabin. Tucked away at the back of the Laurel Mountain Lake community, on just over an acre, this cabin can sleep up to 10 people. Relax inside with the very comfortable and cozy decor, watch one of 3 flat screen TV's, sit on one of the rockers on the large covered back porch and enjoy the serenity the forest behind can provide, or roast marshmallows over the open fire pit. Come to the Cozy Bear Cabin for the most peaceful setting.

The Cozy Bear Cabin is 3 bedroom/2.5 bath and can sleep up to 10 people. When you walk in you are greeted by the high, all wood vaulted ceilings, and cant help but feel more relaxed. On the main level, you have the kitchen and dining area, the living room with a 55" LG TV, as well as the master suite. The Master suite contains a king size bed, a walk in corner shower, and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. Making your way upstairs, you have the cozy loft that contains a couch and a 50" LG TV, a full bathroom, PACman arcade game, and two bedrooms. Each bedroom upstairs has Queen and Full size beds, as well as a makeup table or desk for those that need to get some work done. WiFi is constant throughout the entire cabin. When you go out the back doors you walk onto the large covered deck, equipped with three ceiling fans, a gas bbq, two double rocking chairs, and a patio table large enough for all 10 guests. All of this overlooks the beautiful private forest land behind.
Next to the kitchen you will find both the washer and dryer, as well as a half bathroom.

When guests arrive you will enter through the front community gate and will have ample parking at the cabin for all your vehicles.
*PLEASE ALLOW GATE TO OPEN VIA ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS EMAILED TO YOU 24 HOURS PRIOR TO BOOKING, DO NOT LIFT THE GATE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ONLY ONE CAR MAY ENTER THROUGH GATE AT A TIME, EACH VEHICLE WILL NEED TO ENTER ACCESS CODE. ONCE YOU HAVE ENTERED CABIN, THERE WILL BE KEY CARDS AND GATE CODE WILL NO LONGER BE REQUIRED.
*PLEASE RESPECT THE COMMUNITY 15MPH SPEED LIMIT. THERE ARE MANY KIDS AND ANIMALS AROUND.

At the cabin guests have access to the entire property minus the basement, and the owners closet.

*Kitchen is equipped with basics, but anything beyond that you will need to bring. Kitchen includes:
Oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, full set pots and pans, blender, crock pot, baking sheets, hot mitts, toaster, coffee maker (both drip and keurig) electric kettle, full knife set, bbq utensils, bakeware, mixing bowls, hand mixer, knives, utensils, plates, bowls, drinkware, cutting boards, tupperware, etc.

* Laundry room with washer and dryer, and storage for iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, broom, Pack n' play.

*All TV's are smart Tv's that will allow you to sign into your own streaming services through provided WiFi.

*Firepit in backyard of property. Cannot guarantee there will be firewood left. Local stores will be able to sell to you if needed.

*Starter Kit includes: Jar of ground coffee (enough for approx. (2) 12 cup pots, (4) K-cups, powdered creamer, sweetener, (3) dishwasher pods, (2) bottles of water, smores kit, dryer sheets and washer machine pods for (4) loads of laundry, (2) rolls paper towels, (2) rolls toilet paper in each bathroom.
Beyond the starter kit, guests will need to provide or bring.

*First aid kit, fire extinguisher, flashlights provided in kitchen.

*Smoking & Vaping not allowed

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
