Excellent location. Convenient, clean, and reasonably comfortable. The bàthroom could use a few towel hooks, though, and the bathrom window did not close tightly which, since that room faced a main road, made it a bit noisy. But all in all, a very good place to stay.

Great location, 1 minute walk to the beach. Small grocery store across the street, shopping and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I would stay here again, this is a nice place, but it is not a luxury property. I had one problem which the owner communicated with me quickly on getting it fixed, so good job!

The accomodations for the price is a good deal. Theres not daily servicing of the room so you'll need to get your own toilet paper, etc. Great location and has a full fridge/freezer, microwave and a cooktop. 2 blocks from the Mediterranean and has gated parking if you rent a car. That is a huge benefit as finding parking on the street anywhere in Tel Aviv is difficult. Id definitely recommend staying here!

Property is not well maintained. The doors in the bathroom vanity are dysfunctional. Shower head fitting is fused from corrosion in a very high position with horizontal flow- unsuitable for a comfortable shower. If it is not sunny and you forget to switch on the hot water you have none. Check in is problematic because everything is remote so you have to submit passport and confidential info to a site with unclear security. You only get the entry in formation 48 hrs before. This is unsettling if you are travelling where you might not have internet access. The room we had is dark with absolutely no natural light. The "terrace" was a common area in an entrance courtyard in which all the guests smoke- completely unusable and unsuitable for a socially aware guest.

Great location, nice touches like coffee pods and tea, as well as shower supplies. It was reasonably quiet, too. The outdoor seating area was also a nice touch, and the whole check-in process was very straightforward and convenient. However, there was barely any natural light in the room, the air conditioning unit needed cleaning, there was a strong smell of mildew in the room and the shower unit was not sealed properly, meaning that the floor of the bathroom flooded during each shower - even with the cubicle doors shut. It could have been a nice room but the place really needs attention.

A really well located property from the beach just a hundred yards. I had apartment 10 which was lovely it also has a balcony with limited sun but overlooks the street, it’s really not too noisy despite this. There is a nice ground floor seating area. There is no cleaning service just a cleaning fee to pay at the end but I made sure I left the apartment in the same condition as I found it. Nice comfy bed. Kitchenette is small but well equipped with tea towels and washing up liquid. Has a small hot plate, coffee maker toaster and microwave I used it all cooking mostly all my own food. The bathroom is small compared to the pictures online but it is well decorated and it has a great shower with plenty of hot water as there is a switch if you need it. If you are there for more than a few days you’ll need to bring your own toilet rolls as i asked for more once and told this. Nice wardrobe unit with drawers which would just be enough for 2 people. The big downside for me was there was no safety deposit box so I had to carry all my valuables with me every day very problematic. I paid for a walk in service and someone met me there on arrival to explain door codes, how everything worked in the room but apart from this you will see no one. If you have a problem you call a number. One afternoon I realised I had no water but within an hour they had visited and fixed it. Also if you have an issue tell them and they will try to resolve it.

Great stay at Geula

Had a great stay at Geula Apartments. Decent sized bedroom with kitchenette (kitted out with microwave, stove, crockery and cutlery, etc) and good bathroom. We asked for an extra bed for one night, however the base was broken, so they had to sleep on thin mattress on the floor. The toaster also didn’t work. Loved the outdoor seating area and the location was amazing! 1 minute walk to the beach/ Aroma! And 2 corner shops opposite. 2 friends came to visit and they could both easily park in the car park which was great. Overall had a great stay, all very clean and convenient, would definitely stay again and would recommend!

If you are looking for an apartment that is really close to the beach I do recommend this apartment. The only real problem I had was that the Internet was very weak and would go in-and-out. The individuals that I spoke with to arrange my coming and going were very professional and courteous. The only other negative comment I would say is that if you go too far up the street the neighborhood could-be a little b**** dangerous so know where you're going. Having the parking was great benefit to the property.

Cockroach kingdom

We rented two rooms in this hotel, our had no toilet paper I called management (around 6 pm) he told me to take a roll from my parents room and he will bring paper next morning. Of course we got nothing and when I called again lady in the management office yealed at me that it is my fault and responsibility to check if I have paper when I check in! Four nights, 5 days our room never been cleaned and towels changed, cockroaches running all over. Disgusting! Only plus was a free parking and location of this dump. Free parking was a reason we booked it. But I will better pay for parking then stay there ever again!

Quirky but nice

This is a quirky place in the sense that it is an apartment without staffing. Once you have the entrance codes worked out, it works well. It is clean, contemporary and quiet. I loved having a mini-refrigerator and hot plate to make tea and boil eggs. I didn't need much more than that. My only complaint was that the shower only provided warm water, not hot. The sink didn't have this issue so it was difficult to figure out. If you are seeking a place close to the beach, this would be perfect. Management was friendly and responsive via phone. I would stay here again.
