The Neighborhood:
The apartment is right by the beautiful Acadia Beach (adjacent to Dan Accadia Hotel)! Great restaurants and cafés are within walking distance away. A 5-10 minute drive will take you to shopping malls, the marina, and Herzliya's train station, and in 20-25 minutes you're in Tel-Aviv's center. This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.

Getting Around:
The apartment offers a private parking spot in the building's underground lot, a rare convenience for beachfront properties in Israel. Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are also available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
📌 Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT, not included in the listed price. Tourists (who do not hold an Israeli passport) must provide a photo of their B2 stay permit issued at passport control at the airport to be exempt from VAT.
