En este hotel no te sientes seguro y la gente no se hace responsable me robaron mi computadora y nunca me dieron una resolución lamentablemente el día que me la robaron fue la noche anterior a salir ya del hotel se metieron a mi equipaje y me sacaron mi laptop tuve que hablarle a la policía la gente no respondió!! No le recomiendo a nadie quedarse en este hotel cuando puse mi queja en Facebook y en Google me enteré que a otras personas también de la familia les había pasado lo mismo una experiencia de lo peor nunca me había sucedido algo así en un hotel

Un muy buen hotel. Instalaciones. Está bien. El staff de 10. Muy amables todos el tiempo. Se los recomiendo. Lo malo son las camas. Muy duras.

This was a good place to stay beautiful pool. If you want spa services call to make sure they are available. It was a clean comfortable room for a great price.

Check in rápido, personal amable, cuentan con un arco sanitizante en la entrada. Nuestro cuarto es muy bonito. Hay restaurante dentro y una maquinita de snacks.

A classic hotel in Tehuacán
Even though the hotel is clearly not new, it is properly maintained. The gardens and the pool is really nice. The rooms are old school classic Puebla's arquitecture. Good hotel to spend the night.

Not so great.
Unfortunately the hotel cost more than I understood and no breakfast was included. There was no hot water in the shower and the bed was hard and lumpy. I expected much more from such a beautiful place. I paid for a massage but it did not last an hour and only entailed being oiled with little massage.
