Property needs maintenance. No telephone in the room. internet does not work. Place looks "very old" given it is not kept up with. Rooms need renovation. Place does not look like in the photos posted.

Todos son muy amables. Nuestra habitación estuvo a dos pasos de la alberca y nos dieron a elegir entre planta baja o planta alta. El desayuno normal pero suficiente. Recomiendo ampliamente. Muchas gracias por hacer grata nuestra estadía.

Emerald cost stop
The address information is not accurate I was expecting to find the hotel in Tecolutla but is on the high way 30 or 40 minutes away. The bathroom is bigger than the room, not enough space to storage luggage and room door is trans lucid so pretty light up early in the morning. Construction site next door very noisy hammering at 8:00 am and the service at the breakfast area was poor. Over all the rate is too expensive no worth it to pay for this service and the place.

En general es muy buen lugar, se entiende que en la región no hay ciertas comodidades, así que lo que ofrece por el precio me parece bastante bien. Las instalaciones evidentemente desgastadas por la humedad pero dentro de la habitación no se nota para nada eso. Cierto personal sí podría mejorar su trato pero nadie fue grosero… Para el acceso a la playa solo es rodear el terreno vecino, nada problemático sinceramente y es de fácil acceso, da la Impresión de ser playa virgen, por lo que fue bastante agradable disfrutar el mar ahí. La alberca estaba un poco fría pero nada del otro mundo. (en enero con clima nublado y sin calor). El restaurante cumple, así sin más. Y es incluso más barato que algunos a su alrededor. La cama no esperas que sea de 5 estrellas, y es justo lo que debe ser, cumple. En términos generales, muy buen lugar, buen precio y la ubicación me parece también muy buena, no hay nada de gente alrededor. Si buscas un viaje para relajarte y descansar, funciona a la perfección.

Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas pero el área de la piscina se notaba un poco descuidadas. Pienso que por ser temporada alta el check in tardo más de lo que tenia anticipado, pudimos utilizar las instalaciones mientras esperábamos, pero el hotel no cuenta con un cambiador y tuvimos que improvisar uno en nuestro auto. Aun así nuestra experiencia fue buena y muy probablemente nos hospedaríamos aquí si visitamos costa esmeralda nuevamente.

En general muy buen lugar, muy amplio. Las albercas limpias, y amplias, la vista al mar espectacular, solo hubo un detalle, que la cafetera tenía el filtro con el café anterior no sé de cuantos días, por lo que estaba sucia y el internet no es muy bueno

Me parece que hay que hacer ajustes a sus desayunos incluidos,específicas cuántos adultos y cuántos niños y el desayuno para ellos es con café pedí té y que no se podía que solo era café,huevo o chilaquiles mis niños son de 4 a 8 años,no toma café,en general todo bien, si volvería otra vez, sugerencia manejar menú de niños en los alimentos que incluyen en tu reservación. Y hace falta un poco de mantenimiento en algunas áreas como los baños del restaurante.

El lugar es bonito, talvez un poco de mantebimiwnto en areas especificas vendria bien, la primera experiencia en el restaurante fue la unica pues para cenar pedidmos una hamburguesa la cual no sabia mal pero tampco era lo esperado, por ese motivo los siguientes dias buscanos comer fuera, los terrenos aledaños estan valdios, si reforzaran la seguridad en esa parte estaria muy bien, ademas de la iluminacion en zona de albercas despues de las 7 ya esta oscuro entiendo que talvez sea la temporada. Eso si el personal fue muy amable en recepción y el restaurante.
