Close to the central area
Surroundings is not very good however it is close by central area. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were fine however comforters were smaller than beds.

We reached the hotel around 2 noon and the room was not ready. We had to wait for 1.5 hr for them to get it ready. The bfast was not all that great. The food was cold and the same items were repeated the next day too.

The hotel has a spooky feeling. The lift was not working so I have to carry my heavy luggage all the way to 2nd floor without anyone helping me. Breakfast options are not great

Overall the stay was comfortable, probably it would have added more to it had the Master Bed was not a combination of Two mattresses. The Muslim Shower in the Toilet was leaking and unfortunately no one could be arranged in our 3-nights stay to fix it. There was no telephone in the room as well and I had to use my mobile to call the reception and request for a few stuff missing from the room. Hotel staff was very cooperative though, had allowed us to use microwave to warm the Food we brought from outside. They were very prompt in responding to my requests as well and made their level best to cater what could possibly be arranged. Hotel is located at a very peaceful location which was very important for us. Quite a large room as compared to other 3* star hotel I stayed during my trip. Breakfast menu was better than the 3* & 4* Hotels I had during my current trip. Highly recommend everyone to consider staying in this Hotel in their upcoming visits to Tbilisi.

Nice surprise
Just a short stay of 48 hours but the hotel everything I needed. Within walking distance to food, sightseeing and business. It was clean, comfortable and provided an adequate breakfast to get one underway for the day's activities

New hotel 15 min walk to old town
The hotel is newly built and the room is spacious with good city view. Included breakfast includes a good variety of choices. Hotel staff is friendly and has decent English communication skills. It is a bit hard to find the hotel because it is toward the end of an unpaved street. My taxi driver could not find the hotel when we were already on the right street. He had to call the hotel for more directions and still struggled for a while before we finally found the right street number! There are no restaurants within a few hundred meters of the hotel and the hotel only serves breakfast. So you have to walk 15 minutes to old town to get any kind of food. At night time, the hotel street is a bit dark and empty and not well-lit at all and someone might not feel safe to walk back to hotel in the evening if you are by yourself! But I felt safe in that neighborhood though! The hotel is less than 10 min walk to the most famous and biggest church in Georgia: the Holy Trinity Cathedral or Sameba cathedral.

Good hotel.
The hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful and within easy walking distance of central Tbilisi. The only problem was that the sounds tended to travel if there were noisy guests in the next room.

This is a good value and popular hotel with spacious rooms, although a short walk is necessary to get to restaurants etc. I extended my stay by a few days, and they actually couldn't accommodate me but had to move me to the sister hotel 15 minutes away.

Nice clean hotel , great terrace with city view
Stayed for 4 nights. Staff friendly and helpful, they have a helpful city map too. The hotel is located in the heart of tbilisi but on a small hill near the biggest cathedral so it was a bit difficult to walk back to it as it is a little climb. The bridge of peace , the cathedral and the river are few minutes walking though so the location is good. Rooms are spacious no balcony. The bed is good but sofa-bed isn't that good. We had to ask for the iron every time we needed it as they have only 2 to lend when you need. The terrace has a great city view and you can sit there and enjoy although it's not completely ready as they are preparing a bar. Wifi is good and breakfast is great. Overall a nice hotel and we recommend it.
