Separate bathroom with large deep bath. Separate shower, Separate toilet in the guest wing . Minutes from the city, 19 from Mount beaches. Large grounds, pool and cabana. Fernland spa hotpools just a mile up the road. No use of kitchen but tea & coffee facilities in room. No TV but free wifi and safe parking well off the road, for 1 car, up a tree lined drive. Walk to shops and supermarket.. Sauna at extra charge. There is one other bedroom in the guest wing, usually empty outside the busy session of Xmas, Easter so you have it to yourself but not guaranteed. suitable 1 or 2 adults only. No additional fees.
During your stay at this bed & breakfast, you'll be within walking distance of Huria Marae. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool.

This wasn't what we expected when we booked. The adjacent room could have be booked by other people who you don't know and you will be sharing the bathroom, shower and toilet. We weren't keen to leave our personal items in such a low security place. If you come in a lower riding car, it will most likely scrap under the front at the road entrance
