Hôtel bruyant nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit pas de chauffage il n’y avait pas internet alors que dans la réservation elle était prévue et il n’y avait pas de déjeuner qui était aussi prévu en arrivant à la réception ils me signale qu’ils ne travaille plus avec expédia depuis 2019 alors que ma réservation a bien été prélevée nous avions réservé 2 nuit nous sommes parties des le lendemain cette hôtel à éviter absolument
Sono arrivato di sera all'hotel Amilcar e mi hanno detto che avendo dei problemi con il sito di Expedia non gli risultava la mia prenotazione.
Allora ho consegnato a loro la stampa della mia prenotazione con la ricevuta di avvenuto
pagamento chiedendo che mi mettessero a disposizione la stanza che avevo prenotato per due notti con pagamento anticipato.
Mi hanno riferito allora che Expedia non gli aveva trasmesso il pagamento effettuato e che per tale motivo non potevano darmi la stanza, dicendomi che avrei dovuto trovarmi un'altra sistemazione e telefonare io ad Expedia per farmi rimborsare quanto avevo già. Ho fatto presente che il problema ce l'avevano loro e non io che avevo la loro conferma di prenotazione e la ricevuta di pagamento della camera, evidenziando che spettava a loro risolvere il problema e darmi la camera. Dopo un'ora di litigio sono riuscito ad avere la camera. La camera era la peggiore che ho trovato in tutto il mio soggiorno di 11 giorni in Tunisia, molto sporca, il bagno molto sporco con il wc rotto, la stanza era piccolissima e le lenzuola erano vecchie, logore e sporche perché presentavano molte macchie che erano presenti anche sulle federe dei cuscini.
Non essendo disponibili altre sistemazioni a Tataouine quella sera, ho dormito lì la prima notte e poi me ne sono dovuto andare rinunciando alla seconda notte che avevo già pagato.
La peggiore struttura che abbia mai trovato ed ho ricevuto un pessimo trattamento. Sconsiglio vivamente di andarci.

Sale Pas de femme de ménage en 8 jours Problème de douche l'eau ne s'ecoulait pas et rentrait dans la chambre Changement de chambre possible mais 5 euros de supplément ! Nul !
