I have been asking n asking the Recptionist to give me a note saying when and at what time she received our lost luggage, no one is giving me. I need it to show my Travel Insurance company. Written 3 emails and asked personally 10 times.They just ignore you.Airport lost our luggage. We had to go to Lourdes the next day ie the 26th: of August. Asked the Desk girl to receive our case, which she did. When we returned on the 31st: of Aug:2016. she gave us our luggage. Then we kept on n on asking her to write the date n time when she got it she just won't do it. Now written 3 emails. No response. Very very poor service. I am dissatisfied.

Receptionist was pleasant & friendly. Room was small, dark & soul less. Pillows were too plump to use. En-suite was a small plastic pod with tiny shower cubicle & clingy curtain. WiFi signal was good.

Good Location.
This Premiere Classe Hotel needs some refurbishment. The window & shutter were in operabe. Location is god for the valuing up through France from Spain.

L’hôtel est plutôt mal entretenu. Cependant il est propre, la literie de bonne qualité et le personnel très agréable.

Réservation via hôtel.com, aucune confirmation par mail, je fais donc une autres réservation qui marche cette fois, mais finalement quand j’appelle l’hôtel il y a deux réservations à mon nom, je fais les démarches auprès d’hôtel.com mais zéro remboursement et juste l’annulation… comment se faire 45€ facilement sur le dos des gens … Que dire de l’état de la chambre … porte cassée impossible à fermé pour aller dans la partie sanitaire, et le chauffage à 7 dans la chambre en plein moi de juin … zéro L’état de la poubelle laisse aussi à désiré, et la poire de douche ne tenait pas …

Hôtel vétuste malgré un service fait avec le sourire. Une prise électrique dispo dans la chambre, une lumière aveuglante, pas de balai pour les toilette.bref on fait sa nuit et on s en va. Dommage.

Nous avons été bien accueilli par une jeune femme sympathique et serviable. La chambre était dans un état peu agréable (meubles abîmés, mégot de cigarette présent, sol non balayé) ainsi que la literie (draps troués et brûlés, tachés et salis, oreillers de propreté douteuse. Les robinets ferment mal et il y a de la lumière qui arrive dans la chambre la nuit. Il y a un choix correct pour le petit déjeuner, mais le café est le pire que j'aie bu, je n'ai pas pu le finir. Le reste du déjeuner est de qualité correcte sans plus. Bref le personnel est agréable, mais le matériel et les locaux sont en très mauvais état.

La moitié de la porte de la chambre numéro 30 est tordue ce qui laisse l air passer et engendre une température fraiche dans la chambre (fevrier 2024). Trous aux draps et dessus de lit, celui du lit superposé etait taché. Le sol de la douche a des traces marron alors que tt est blanc a l origine. L accueil est correct. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hotel.

Evidemment pour ce prix on ne peut pas attendre les prestations d''un Carlton ou même d'un Ibis. L'hôtel a clairement besoin d'un solide rafraichissement. Le chauffage est limite par grand froid et l'ensemble est vétuste mais fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant. Le personnel est très accueillant et fait tout pour rendre le séjour le plus confortable possible.

Séjour décevant
Plusieurs punaises dans la chambre, des cheveux et des poils dans le lit superposé donc draps et taie d'oreiller non changés entre 2 locations. Cheveu dans la douche à notre arrivée. Chambranle de la salle d'eau rouillé et perforé par la rouille. Fermeture par targette de la porte qui ne fonctionne pas. Chambre n°50.
