Dear Sir/Madam, we find rather unpleasant the anonymous review, although we have understood who you are. We regret that you did not feel well in our Hotel, but we have some clarifications to make: the room, as well as the hotel, are recently renovated and the shower box, although small, is new and has been renovated a few days before your arrival. We would like to receive your complaints in person, for satisfying your needs in our best possible way. Best regards.
