Booked this hotel because it was conveniently near the high-speed rail station and easy to get to the airport. We were hit with a typhoon, and the staff saved a room for me when I went to the airport in case my flight was canceled. They were very accommodating and helpful. And there are free snacks, coffee, and beer in the lobby lounge!

Serene, Clean and Spacious
I love the serenity of this hotel. The staff were nice enough to tell me where I could get the trains to the place I would like to go. Also, I love the drink corner. I really love that. I hope to be back there soon again.

Recommend getting Lake view with Tub. Much bigger than other rooms. Small snacks, coffee and beer are available though coffee is a bit weak for my tastes. Very near to Outlet mall which is convenient.

The Lake View room with Tub is significantly bigger and better than the rest. They do have drinks and small snacks. The hallways are not air conditioned.

Property is new and clean. We got upgrade to bigger room. Love the floor to ceiling window with nice park view. Staff is very attentive and helpful . The nearby outlet mall is good. Taxi 105 to TaoYuan high speed train , $350 to airport . The only thing is if you have clothes to hang up, they don’t have a closet. Only hangers on wall. Other than that it’s a very good hotel to stay .

Right in front of an art park
I am so thankful that they upgraded my room with the lake view. It's a small room but cozy and clean. It's near the international Airport so I don't need in a rush to catch my flight.

free snacks nice. loved it's a 13 minute walk away from Gloria Outlets ...a premium outlet mall. Cost me 350 NTD for taxi to Terminal 2 Taiyuon Airport.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The surrounding area was also very safe and nice, and very close to the airport so it's convenient. The room was clean except for the shower area. The floor of the shower area did not look and feel very clean because the grouts were brown and the floor was slightly slimy. Soundproofing of the room is quite bad because I could hear people from other rooms turning on their showers, opening/closing doors or moving around in their rooms so I wasn't able to sleep soundly. But I only stayed a night so it was bearable.
