As part of the small Sierra Del Sol complex, enjoy provided firewood and a grill area. Stroll 5 minutes to restaurants, coffee spots, and pubs.
LIVING AREA
Find comfy seating between the sofa bed and two armchairs. A wood-burning stove provides a cozy setting, while large windows flood the space with natural light.
Unwind and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of appliances. Handy extras include a coffee maker, toaster, and electric tea kettle.
When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table for four or perch at the kitchen bar for two.
BED & BATH
This three-story condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms, a loft, and a sofa bed.
Comfort awaits in the ground-floor primary suite, which features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
On the second floor, the guest bedroom offers another queen bed and a small flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Offering additional sleeping space, the kid-friendly loft is outfitted with two twin-size beds. (Due to the narrow staircase/ladder and low headroom, the loft is best suited for children.)

Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the parking lot. During the summer, complimentary parking may also be available in the Ski Valley lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
Your unit is located on the ground floor, accessible via a few steps at the entryway.
LOCATION
Enjoy a ski-in/ski-out locale at the base of the resort slopes -- equipment rental shops and après-ski dining are just steps away. Walk 5 minutes for coffee, drinks, and dining.
In warmer months, walk to the Bull of the Woods Mountain trailhead or hike to New Mexico’s highest point -- the Wheeler Peak trailhead is within a 10-minute drive.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
