I so enjoyed staying at sagebrush inn! We loved going to sleep by a crackling fire. The employees were so kind, breakfast was great, coffee was good, and the bands were super entertaining!

Our room was up against the bar, so you got no sleep until closing time. Live bands, sounded like karaoke? Also our chimney was blowing into the room and filled it with smoke so we couldn’t even use it. When I paid to upgrade just for the chimney. The smoke alarms went off, staff had to come out. :(

Excellent stay

Very clean and safe. I loved this stay. Only demerit is since my room was near the pools heard some noises. After 9:00 PM it is peaceful since pool is closed. Merit is easy access to pool from Patio door.

Pathetic hotel services

This hotel is terrible . No service at all and hotel also so pathetic . There is no exhaust in rest room even the bed are so olds and not comfortable . They wil charge premium and rest everything js horrible

Condition of the room and surrounding areas, which fell drastically short of acceptable standards for cleanliness and safety. Costumer Service was non-existant. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

a family vacation

the staff were super nice and friendly. with that said - the rooms are old, the furniture are old and broken. each time we needed something from the front desk - it took us three times and couple of hours before we got what we needed (coffee, towels, extra blanket, etc.) the property was not clean - and during the four days we spent there - a candy wrap was on the same spot on the stair, not to mention - people who took the garbage to the hallway and it just stood there . apart for the location - which was nice, the property is offering much.

Sent a message in the afternoon that we needed a rollaway but did not have one when we got there...but the lady up front was very nice and gave us a different room..was just very inconvenient beings we were 2 couples and a teenager...i will say the lady up front did the best she cud and was very nice...

The hot water was not dispensing out of the shower. Couldn’t take a shower. I can contacted management, I have it on my phone where I called three times. Twice the front desk said that the manager wasn’t available. The last time the manager answered and said that they couldn’t do anything because it had been a week and I was welcomed to stay somewhere else next time. I’ve been staying at this hotel for over 30 years. I called within the 7 days and no response until today. That’s not customer friendly.

Sagebrush Inn was ok for a short stay when we wouldn't be in the room very much. I can't speak to the original building, since our room was in the "newer" building. It's pretty old and looks worn. There was a dirty crevice on the bathroom floor where the tub and the floor meet. Wood trim was hanging off of one counter. Towels were quite frayed as well as hash.
