Needs attention
Although this is a ski on ski off listing, you do have to travel down the road and either park in front of another unit or walk with your skis and snowboard down a street before actually getting onto the mountain. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the unit was not cleaned and walked into piles of dirty, laundry, towels and unmade beds, and it had a bit of an odor. The communication with the owner was great. He did apologize and arrange for a cleaning crew to come, but the fact is my check-in was 4 PM and I technically did not even get into the unit until after six! Mattresses had multiple stains and the unit could truly use some TLC. If I could have found different accommodations, I would have checked out but it was winter break and there was nothing available. Unfortunately it was a disappointing stay for us. We made the best of it.

The experience was good, really felt like i was somewhere else but nothing was clean we had to go to walmart to buy things to clean the house other then that everything was nice.

Needs new cleaning crew
I have rented places all over the mountains and you really never know what to expect when you rent. I saw the reviews on this place after I booked it but assumed it would be fine. Nothing was cleaned. I had to sweep and wipe down things. It's decorated nice but dirty. I was scared to use the stove because of how dirty that was, it almost looked like a fire would start because or all or the ash etc on the bottom of it. I did not take pictures of corse because I wasn't thinking and contacted the owner once I got home. Hard to even get responses.. feels unfair to still pay the cleaning fee when it was not clean at all Wouldn't go back. If you have little kids and are scared to take them somewhere super nice. Go here because it looks like kids took to the walls with all the scoff marks & chips as well as stains on the little carpet the house has as well as the furniture.

Ski weekend
My husband and I booked the weekend for our daughters and a friend of theirs to ski at Camelback. The place was perfect for our small group, extremely convenient to the mountain, with an easy check-in process. We will definitely consider staying here for a future ski weekend!
