Welcome to our cliffside home, perfectly located between Hunter and Windham mountains in the heart of the Catskills. Our modern chalet has undergone a recent renovation to maximize the breathtaking views visible from every corner, including the well-appointed chef’s kitchen. Our home features a spa-inspired bathroom with a sauna, dual-zone shower, and soaking tub. Surrounded by over 300+ acres of wilderness, we invite you to escape life's demands and reconnect to nature.

The Space:
From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by breathtaking views from every corner of the home. Warm yourself after a day on the slopes with a welcoming fire in the foyer or listen to the crackle of the living room woodstove lounging on our 10 foot cloud sofa. Gather around to play one of our many board games or enjoy a cinematic experience on our 76" Smart TV with full streaming services and Sonos Soundbar with additional speakers throughout the house.

The heart of our home, the kitchen, is designed for both cooking ease and entertaining. The extended, oversized peninsula serves as a versatile space for gathering, entertaining, or food prep. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and All-Clad cookware. We also provide oil and spices, bakeware, and an array of small appliances including a microwave, Vitamix blender, toaster oven, instant pot, food processor, and crockpot. The kitchen also features a coffee bar with complimentary coffee and a variety of flavored syrups. The floor to ceiling windows in our dining room present vast views and provide the perfect setting to enjoy your meal at our custom-built farmhouse table.

The primary suite in the open loft offers a king-sized platform bed with a Serta iComfort memory foam mattress. The primary bathroom is a luxurious escape with an oversized shower, two vanities, a 72" soaking tub, and a custom-built Tylo sauna with a water bath. The loft also includes a dedicated workspace with a 17" Dell laptop and a color laser printer. A memory foam futon is located beneath the windows and is the perfect place to enjoy a book or provides a sleeping space for parties of 5.

A second bedroom is found on the main level and offers privacy away from the living area. It features a queen-sized bed with a Casper Element memory foam mattress.

Adjacent to the bedroom is the second full bathroom that boasts an oversized walk-in shower, ambient lighting, and radiant in-floor heating.

In front of the home you will find a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and unlimited firewood. At the back of the house, a 30-foot-wide deck features an 8-person seasonal hot tub (spring - fall), dining for eight, and a gas grill. It is the perfect place to take in a panoramic sunset or watch for deer and other wildlife below.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the main floor and loft with direct access to the upper deck and fire pit in front of the house.

Other things to note:
Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Pets are allowed only on a case by case basis. Please reach out to confirm prior to booking if you would like to bring a pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture; deep cleaning is conducted after each stay.

Two parking spots are available at the top of the driveway, with additional space if needed. A vehicle with AWD or 4WD is recommended during winter months. The house is located about 100 feet from the town-plowed road and we call for plowing once a storm has passed if there are over 4 inches of snowfall.

The hot tub is available seasonally from spring to fall. Please reach out to confirm if it will be available during your stay. Our indoor Sauna is available for your year-round enjoyment.

A code will be provided prior to your stay for remote access.

Spectrum provides stable and fast internet with speeds of 300Mbps.

A 15% rate concession is offered for reservations of seven days or longer.

This home is a beautiful refuge. Lots of windows offer breathtaking views and colorful sunsets. The house is well-furnished and equipped. The owner was accessible and invested in our comfort in his home. Renters should understand, however, that the primary bedroom is in a loft, with no shades or drapes to cover the windows. If all that light/exposure would be a sleep issue for other renters, they should bring a good sleep mask.
