A/C was not working in our room. Overheard the repair person say this has been an issue in the past. Manager was reluctant to put us in a new room despite it being really late. Otherwise breakfast was 10/10

Don’t let the look fool you! Rooms are small and don’t count on 2 queen bed when it’s displayed online. It’s one queen and a couch barely fit one person which they count it as a queen bed! Small bathroom, small shower, don’t expect much! No taxi available! Away from everything! They don’t let you bring your own food by the pool. Pool needs repair and unsafe!

The biggest problem with this hotel is the staff. I repeatedly asked concierge questions and received very poor answers if at all. On one occasion I asked if the hotel restaurant had live music in the evening I was assured it did both by reception and restaurant reception. When I arrived for dinner did not help that there was in fact no live music. To add insult to injury I asked for my steak rare and was presented with a piece of charcoal that I sent back. Check in staff were arrogant and when I tried to have a shower I discovered there was no shower gel. It took 3 different attempts to have this replenished and over 4 hours. There is so many failures I don’t have time to even say them. Only positive I can think of where the parking staff. Hotel has potential but manager has lots of work to do!

Le personnel de l’hôtel a été vraiment très accueillant. C’est la raison même de notre séjour. Nous arrivions d’un autre endroit, qui était désastreux, et ils se sont occuper de nous d’une manière irréprochable. Chambre très propre et les petits déjeuners étaient parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Je recommande vivement l’endroit.

Schmutzig, ungemütlich und unfreundliches Personal
Ich habe aufgrund des Preises nicht viel erwartet, aber das war dann doch sehr enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiter vom Empfang bis Kellner waren größtenteils sehr unfreundlich und wenig kompetent. Die Zimmer sind sehr eng geschnitten und man hört jeden Nachbarn (Gespräche, Handy klingeln, Toilettenspülung usw.) auch die Türen und Fenster schützen nicht vor Lärm, sodass man sehr schlecht schläft. Die Zimmer werden auch nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Lage ist auch sehr abgelegen. In der Nähe gibt es keine Shops oder Cafés, Restaurants etc. ohne Auto geht da nichts. Wir sind danach in ein anders, günstigeres Hotel. Das war in allen Belangen besser - man kann also doch mehr erwarten!

Au petits soins et agréable . Machine ATM ne prend pas les cartes canadienne seulement européenne . Rue très passante bruyante mais se calme vers 01:00-02;00 am . Proche de la mosquée Hassan environ 10-15 min de marche .Agréable court séjour mais réservé encore avec l hôtel pour le prochain voyage !
