The Property the building is beautiful, its has a grand entrance but it just needs to be maintained. The construction in the front provides a bad visual for the hotel as it looks unfinished. This property has all the potential. As for the rooms again, its outdated and floors were dirty found some pieces of left over food behind tables. a bit disgusting. Overall its not that bad just needs more attention to details.

Nice upgraded room with view. Beds comfortable. The room was generally clean however area under bed and night stand were very dirty and need to be pulled out and vacuumed. No transportation to airport use taxis or Uber.

change it to a skilled nursing facility
overall management needs some work. hygiene of all spaces. 2 years ago used to be a favorable stay, now, change it into a skilled nursing home and upgrade it.

Good Tumon hotel
A good hotel with a nice store, located in close to “downtown”. Roll-out beds are not available. Even good for large groups such as 4-people if you get a 4-bed room.

there was no shower gel and when i asked for it they never came. there were small pieces of rocks and dirt all over the floor. the water pressure was low and the shower head was calcified, so there wasnt a lot of water coming out. the fridge makes weird noises. you can hear everything between the doors that connect the two rooms. the lobby floor feels like something from the shining. empty and silent.
