This Hotel is terrible. The room furniture everything is old, and thinking, The phone in side the room not work, the beds are old and hard. The restaurant is not good , the buffed is not good, the only I like is the people service from the restaurant.They are very friendly.

Easy access from avenida Hidalgo so close to Tampico’s Downtown and every other shopping centers around the city. Very clean and secure Hotel not over priced at all👍👍 great service from the Hotel Staff very pleased with the service

Los colcones son demasiados duros! El equipo de aire acondicionado hacia ruido. El servicio de limpieza solo dejaba un rollo y éramos 4 en la habitación. Pasaban miy temprano a querer hacer la limpieza y como no dan las tarjetas para colgar en la puerta de Servicio de Limpieza, pues tocaban y despetaban a todos. El internet lo cortaban, te daban una contraseña que caducaba cada día, el primer día solo era valido para una persona hasta que fuimos a recepción a que nos aclararan y ya nos dieron acceso a todos al Internet por día... haaaa y no funcionaba el telefono de la habitación
