Mitään palvelua ei ole tarjolla. Aivan omillasi olet. Mutta kaikki toimi. Lukot avautuivat ja huone löytyi. Sijainti on oivallinen. TV, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin ym. Sopii yöpymiseen, jos et tarvitse muuta kuin unta ja lepoa!

Loistava sijainti aivan keskustassa ja edullinen hinta verrattuna "tavallisiin" hotelleihin. Pääasiassa toimiva konsepti ja siisti huone. Majoituttu heinäkuussa 2024 yksi yö. Tällä kertaa kuitenkin huono kokemus. Vaikka ei ollut erityisen lämmin päivä, ainakin neljännessä kerroksessa oli jo käytävällä yllättävän lämmin. Myös huoneessa selvästi normaalia korkeampi lämpötila. Valitettavasti käytiin päivällä vain tiputtamassa matkatavarat ja suunnattiin kaupungille, eikä huomattu kiinnittää asiaan kunnolla huomiota. Vasta myöhään illalla huoneeseen palattaessa huomattiin, että huoneessa (ja jo käytävällä) poikkeuksellisen lämmin (verrattuna ulkolämpötilaan: ei ollut hellepäivä). Huoneessa ei myöskään tuntunut olevan ollenkaan ilmanvaihtoa, joten tukala ilma korosti lämpötilaa. Ei enää yöllä alettu kyselemään huoneenvaihtoa, joten sinniteltiin aamuun. Jatkossa valitaan luultavasti "tavallinen" hotelli, jossa huonekohtainen lämpötilansäätö, vaikka hinta onkin korkeampi.

Olemme parhaamme mukaan pyrkineet sijoittamaan asiakkaamme toisiin huoneisiin, sillä kyseisessä kerroksessa ilmanvaihdon kanssa on ollut haasteita. Pahoittelemme kuumuudesta aiheutunutta epämukavuutta. Halutessanne voitte olla yhteydessä varauskanavan asiakaspalveluun kompensaation saamiseksi.
