Beautiful, fresh, modern and tasty. The hotel was a great ending to a good trip. We stayed for two nights in two different rooms and had the best customer service i have ever had at a hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the bed's a good size and comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was included in the price and it had a wide range of different food's. We had dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant and the food was top notch. Rooftop bar was very cozy and the saunas at the hotel were great. 10/10 in my books.

Positive surprise. Lappland mood in Tampere. Restaurant was nice and the food excellent. Location by the Nokia Areena was optimal for us attending a concert there.

Huone oli siisti ja kaunis. Tullessa huoneessa soi Lappiin viittaava tunnelmamusiikki, joka tuntui aluksi ihanalta. Sama musiikki soi sitten ympäri hotellia ympäri vuorokauden, joten siitä tuli vähän yliannostusta lopulta. Plussaa oli, että television äänet sai kuulumaan vessaan. Miinusta oli se, ettei huoneessa ollut minibaaria/jääkaappia. Teevalikoimassa oli vain perus vihreä ja musta tee. Pimennysverhot eivät riittäneet seiniin asti ja aamulla se haittasi, kun huone kirkastui heti aamulla auringon noustessa. Kattoterassi oli hieno, mutta siellä ei ollut myyntiä arkena. Hotelliin oli jotenkin vaikea löytää ensikertalaisella. Hissit olivat fiksut. Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Respan työntekijät olivat ystävällisiä. Ravintolan tiskillä illalla sai odottaa kauan, että joku tuli kysymään tilausta. Ensin eivät huomanneet ja sitten katselivat toisiaan, että kuka menisi.
