Dear Sari, thank you for your stay in Holiday Inn Tampere - Central Station, as well as for your valuable feedback. My sincere apologies for the malfunction with the air conditioning. Our top priority is to provide the best customer service possible and I am sorry we did not deliver this time. We contacted the maintenance as soon as we noticed the issue and the maintenance was working on it the whole weekend - also during the night. Unfortunately the spare parts were broken as well, so we could not fix the issue during your stay. I am sorry and completely understand your frustration. Our team did the best we could to both help the guests and to minimize the effects of the malfunction. The air conditioning is fixed now. I hope we can assure you that we take these matters seriously.

Kind personal. In spite of the nearess of the station the room was very quiet. Good trsnsport connections/ tram. Good parking facilities.
