Nice new and clean hotel, and helpful staff but breakfast was a little disappointing, not very comfortable beds and there is no sauna

Eleetön, tyylikäs uusi hotelli. Nopea check-in ja -out. Aamiaishuone hieman ruuhkainen ja ahdas hotellin ollessa täynnä. Ystävällinen palvelu. Wc-tilat huoneessa siistit, ravintolassa voisi parantaa tasoa. Bide-suihkuja tai allasta ei ollut, miksi? Huoneessa hyvät sängyt ja vuodevaatteet sekä kahvia & teetä, kiva!

Aamupalatilamme on kieltämättä turhan ahdas kokoisellemme hotellille, mutta teemme parhaamme, jotta prosessi olisi sujuva ja mutkaton asiakkaillemme.Bidee-suihkuja meillä ei ole, koska olemme osa kansainvälistä Courtyard by Marriott -brändiä. Brändi sanelee vahvasti, millaisia varusteluja hotelli saa, sillä jokaisen Courtyard by Marriott hotellin tulee olla samankaltaisen varusteluiltaan. Ikävä kyllä bidee-suihkuja ei ole muissakaan Courtyard by Marriott hotelleissa ja tästä syystä ne meiltäkin puuttuvat. Bidee-suihkut eivät ole maailmalla niin yleisiä kuin Suomessa.Toivottavasti tapaamme teitä tulevaisuudessakin majoittumisen merkein. Aurinkoista syksyä!

Lähellä Taru sormusten herrasta -esitystä. Se oli syy, miksi valitsimme hotellin. Vessasta puuttui toinen kylpypyyhe, josta piti sanoa kahdesti. Kirjautuminen oli hidasta, kun työntekijä oli liian sosiaalinen. Pysäköinnistä ei muistanut puhua mitään. Nettisivut ovat huonot: piti erikseen kysyä hotellin pariin sijaintia. Mutta hyvin tuli uni.

Hei Mervi,kiitos antamastanne palautteesta.Mukava kuulla, että läheinen sijainti Tampere-taloon nähden oli hyödyllinen ja saitte nukuttua rauhalliset yöunet hotellimme pehmeissä patjoissa.Ikävä kuitenkin kuulla, että joitakin ongelmia oli esiintynyt. Vastaanottomme tekee aina kaikkensa, että asiakkaat kokevat olonsa tervetulleiksi ja ikävää, että koitte sisäänkirjautumisen hitaana. Monet saapuvat julkisilla kulkuvälineillä hotellille, joten pysäköinnistä kannattaa itse kysäistä vastaanoton virkailijoilta, jos auton parkille on tarvetta erikseen. Ikävä myös kuulla, että hotellin nettisivut on koettu hankaliksi. Pahoittelumme siitä. Toivottavasti saamme kuitenkin tulevaisuudessa mahdollisuuden antaa teille mutkattomamman asiakaskokemuksen kanssamme. Aurinkoista syksyä!

Siisti, hyvä ilmanvaihto, uudehko, puhdas tuoksu, lähellä kaikkea, mutta rauhallisella paikalla. Hyvä aamupala. Standard-huoneeseen pystyi lisätä, muttei delux-huoneeseen. Delux-huoneen ainoa ero muihin huoneisiin oli, että huone oli ylimmässä 11. kerroksessa ja huoneessa oli kylpytakit eli näkymä kaupunkiin tai Kalevankankaalle päin. Rauhallinen ja turvallinen hotelli. Pysäköinti helppo 24h/vrk, mutta pysäköidessä tulee huomioida, ettei pysäköi Tampere-Talon pysäköinti alueelle (kalliimpi). Kaikki esim. Sorsapyisto, Nokia-Areena ja Ratina lähellä. Tampere-Taloon kulku suoraan hotellista.
