Not sure why this has a 9.2 rating
Stayed here because of the 9.2 rating. The hotel was modern & clean, had 24-hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The hotel room was tiny, tiny, tiny. Had a king bed and there was little room around the bed. A chair was stuffed into a corner the resulting effort cut off part of the bed. Over all, it was ok+

Very accommodating, very clean.
The room was serviced everyday, which was shocking and very much appreciated. Clean was very clean, the staff went all out for me which was very, very appreciated. I was staying there while my husband had quadruple bypass surgery at Tampa General Hospital. I was a wreck, so having such a great staff was very, very comforting. Thank you Sleep Inn.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. We had a very comfortable stay and slept well. Breakfast was great and had a little bit of everything. My only complaint was that the elevator and the hallways had a strange smell to them; perhaps cleaning chemicals or something, but it was noticeable. The rooms and main lobby area were fine, so I don’t know what it was, but honestly, that was the only thing I can complain about. Everything else was great.

It's a ok hotel. When I checked in the clerk was so dry. She wasn't rude but she wasn't welcoming. This hotel allows dogs. I'm ok with that but didn't like dogs (even if well behaved) in the area where we got our breakfast. The toilet seat doesn't have a lid. Tub was clogged.
