I needed a hotel room for one night. Even though it looked a little dated, the hotel staff were friendly and I honestly have nothing to complain about! The room I stayed in and bathroom were both clean. The heater worked fine and I had a comfortable sleep.

It was December and it was chilly at night and the heater in our room didn’t work. They said it was down throughout the property and brought us a blanket. The elevator closest to our room kept breaking down. We selected this hotel because they offered free shuttle to the airport.

I didn't like not even one thing about this property. I think this hotel should be demolished by owner to make a new one. Dirty, clug toilet, bad smell from pipes, scary building, dirty everywhere toilets, hallways, room, holes on couches etc. I put my 74 year old mom in this hotel because it is close to the airport but i deeply regret it ( i had nightmares about it). When we check her in they knew she had 3 big luggages and she was going to check out on her own and they told us she will have the assistance she needed which it was a big lie. They dont have the service or personal to send to rooms and help ( not even a cart) and the front clerk male in the morning is nasty and unwilling to provide solutions. The only one willing to help my mom was the cleaning service lady. Why did they lie to us? Because Hotel is terrible and they need people to stay. Im still waiting for my receipt on email. Please dont use this hotel, please expedia dont recommend this hotel is terrible and really dirty

The property amenities was not up to date. Tub was painted and the paint was on your body, shower head was rusty, online it said you can pay can deposit that was not true

The property is old and the room we stay had a weird smell. They need to upgrade the hotel the staff was rude like we were bothering them when we ask for a question. The breakfast not good either. I will not recommend this place and I will never stay there again. The restrooms in the lobby were out of service the elevators were not working either. If I can give negative start I will for sure.
