Room was dirty . Furniture in need of repair or replacement. Service was horrible, our request for towels ignored. Pool condition is just as bad as everything else. Ramada Wyndham should be boarded up . Read all reviews before reserving , I definitely would not recommend and would never stay at any Ramada or any hotel or motel affiliated with Wyndham . If you look at the reviews they don’t even bother to respond to them. They’re well aware of their faults and could care less. I’m sure they’re probably looking to offload to the best bidder. Good luck!

The Ramada must have been great in its day! Had a nice little breakfast on my second night. Nice looking property but the whole place needs a renovation. My restroom was missing paint, the handle rail in the tub was detached from the wall and needs a lot of TLC in the tub/shower area.

Terrible night
We had an awful night here. Uncomfortable, run-down, and poorly maintained. There is very little noise dampening so we heard everything from unruly neighbors next to us. The front desk could do very little to quiet them down. We had a second reservation which we immediately canceled after our first night. That said, our shuttle experience from the airport was smooth, as was check-in. Staff were friendly.

the Ramada Inn has been here on Westshore for a long time, and I would think that modern renovations would have taken place. the simplicities of staying in a room overnight or for an extended time makes a customer return to patronize that particular chain an that location. Negative things that I think is very simple. Old mattresses ,Water pressure, tub water draining properly, Old and outdated room furniture and TV's. I was very disappointed. Even old ironing boards.

This property should be taken off your list. There's peeling paint on furniture, rusty lamps, water stain on ceiling in bathroom, peeling floors. The whole hotel smells musky. I booked this hotel for 2 reasons====1 Shuttle to airport, which was the only pleasant thing. 2 I needed a Restuarant, there was none, even though it was listed as such. The front desk person was very inhospitable.The hotel was bare. If it's kept it should be about $40.

There is no shuttle from the airport. They use a 3rd party. You have to call the main number then they "try" to get someone and that is if anyone answers the phone in the first place. I was hung up on 5 times ended up taking a $20 taxi. To get there and see one man just sitting in the chair at the entrance on his phone. Another that I tried to ask about the shuttle "I Just got here" then the 3rd one also "I just got here". Asked for a manager well there is not one on at night. It was a horrible. If it wasn't 11 pm I would have gone somewhere else. In the morning the women was kind enough but just made excuses. I would never stay here again. Makes me wonder about hotels.com and if they really do any background on these places

I would never recommend this place. Pubic hair in the bathroom, mold in the air went, stains covering the chair, room smelling of cigarettes. Thankfully, the manager gave us a full refund. We walked in, stayed for 15 min and then checked out.
