The heating system was totally out of order.Tried many times to contact reception to get a portable heater in the room but it was failed. Finally, we were told that the heating system need to maintaince. They didn't know when it will be fixed. Therefore, the hotel room and facilities were too old to satisfy customers. The staff was not well trained in hospitality. Felt so cold staying in this hotel. Definity not recommend to others.

Cold snap in Florida and no heat. The said they would send up maintenance but they never arrived. Asked for extra blankets and the never arrived. Room is dated with poorly done repairs. On the good side it was clean and the bed was comfy

Not a fan of this place. Beds were uncomfortable, Furniture is worn and Bathroom door looked like someone kicked it in. No ice bucket. No glasses for drinks, phone didn't work. No guide for tv. I guess you get what you pay for.

The hotel was alright. Definitely dated but was clean. Walking distance to a shopping plaza a few restaurant choices nearby. Couldn’t reach the hotel for the free shuttle and had to Uber there.

Great for our use
We stayed here for an overnight hotel layover. It’s nothing fancy but it was great for what we needed! The staff was very kind, promptly got us a crib for our baby, the shuttle drivers we had were great, and the area felt safe, my husband was able to easily walk and get us to go food nearby. I would stay here again

Some of the decor is tired looking. The paint in my bath is peeling and the door to the bathroom is in pretty bad shape. It took forever for the shuttle bus to turn up at the airport. Bed is clean and comfortable

WORST STAY EVER.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Waited in the check in line while one attendant was holding the phone for 15 minutes on hold while the other was having a personal conversation with the people he was checking in for the 15 minutes also. Heat was not working. Service guy could not speak English. Could not communicate properly with him. Tried to get my room changed attendant said the hotel was completely filled. Saw many rooms unoccupied. Had to request a portable heater for the night. Most outdated computers for guest to do they business in the computer room. Horrible Horrible Horrible.
