Rude people work there. Ordered towels and after 4 calls, it was delivered in 3 hrs. We went out of the room at 8:30 and told at the reception to get our rooms cleaned as it was two days and its time to clean, they took room number and we got back at 6pm and room was not cleaned and the excuse was that too many guest and not enough staff. Breakfast is NOT good at all. Dirty area. Lifts won’t work. Lizard in the room. Doors is not solid and spooky

Outdated/False Advertising - Never again!!!
The lobby area looked updated however the elevator looked old and worn. Getting to floor, the area outdoors and looks like an old 1970/80 motel and very badly lit. First room: light flickering and very badly lit, I requested to change rooms. 2nd room was just a ill lit, the bathroom caulk was black, the single sofa chair and ottoman were old and had stains, and the desk chair was all scratched as if a cat got to it! I requested a refund and went to another hotel with cleaner rooms. I regret not taking photos.

I realize that traveling is not always pleasant but to stand for 45 minutes to get checked in to the motel is ridiculous! One passenger did not have the right reservation and the 12 or so people in line had to wait. I asked for a 5:30 wake up call and got up an hour late missing my flight! Overall a very unsatisfactory stay!

The arrogance shown by Odalis, at check out was totally unacceptable. I asked for the manager, he resolved the issue, concerning 2 rooms. The lady was getting loud and there were other customers. She needs TRAINING and anger management training too. I was there for a funeral and she didn't help the situation.

Didn't know you had to ask for the room to be cleaned! TV didn't work, so the maintenance brought another TV and the screen was damaged. Was told that a new one would come in the morning (it was late) but it didn't happen.

There were severe maintenance issues that should have been fixed prior to renting out the room we were in. Completely chipped furniture, holes with quick patchwork in the door and wall, and unsafe connecting door issues to the room next to us. We could hear everything the neighbors said - even a minor cough or laugh - and it felt uncomfortable the whole time. The true concern was the room that had the needed updates. Not even asking for modern or fancy, just something without a 2-minute patch up job or dirt caked on under the dresser.
