King bed, full kitchen, Roku-Cable TV, high-speed wireless internet access, washer & dryer in unit. Sofa is a queen size sleeper for extra guests. Enjoy quiet evenings sitting on the private screened lanai. H-13 overlooks a beautiful natural scenic view. This 1st floor unit is a 5 minute walk to Paradise Lakes Resort, with ample, open parking close by. Fantastic hosts all the way around, starting with Doug meeting us at the gate upon arrival and making sure we got a great parking space and were welcomed into the very clean apartment. We really enjoyed the porch, friendly neighbors, super-clean apartment and comfy bed! It's WAY closer to the clubhouse than expected --actually just diagonally across a small street It was enough space for 2 couples to share (with fold-out bed) for a couple of nights. The Ice Maker works!!! We really appreciate Doug and Traci's hospitality!

End of season fun
We had an awesome time at Our Little Nest. Location is perfect proximity to the resort, people are friendly and the condo is just the right size for 2 people. Beautifully set up with high end decorations and beddings with everything you could need. The owners are very approachable for all your needs. Especially if you need a Lasagna pan. ;-) We had a great conversation with Doug and Traci about their experiences both about the Vacation industry and their lives and the other properties they offer at Paradise Lakes. We look forward to checking out the other themed condos they have too. See ya soon.

Fantastic Condo!
This seemed to be newly remodeled and beautiful. The front door walks right out to a screen porch with a wooded view. They have literally thought of everything in the condo. They provided many of those things we tend to forget to pack. The communication was excellent! We will definitely be back!
