Nice place to stay!
Nice clean hotel with nice big rooms! We had hot water, cold AC and a nice little kitchen area. Pull out sofa was comfy too!

Very clean. Very nice accommodating staff. The only issue was the ac made a loud banging noise in 3310 every time the ac would shut off but the ac worked good and the room and property were very clean.

The room was great and met our needs for 5 people. It was quite and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The pool area is area is so relaxing. The egg chairs are so comfortable; I will be buying one for my home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tampa. We will be back.

We booked this room because we were going to bush gardens and while it was confidently close to the parks, we mainly chose it for the complimentary breakfast included and free parking. The “breakfast” that was provided was cold bagels and sausage and when asked if there would be eggs, the staff had told me that they misplaced the eggs. The parking, while it was free, was inconvenient due to the fact that the only entrance to get to the rooms was through the main lobby.

We asked for rooms next to each other and called the day before to confirm and they said yes everything was good. Get there the day of and they aren’t next to each other and stated they couldn’t get other rooms right next to each other because it would be to much much.

These is one of the better hotels. Owner is constantly here on the property which is a plus. He is pleasant to his guest. Rooms are clean, pool is great, outdoor sitting areas are a plus because it gives the guest things to do like chess. They offer breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone in town for a quite place to stay.

Nice property for a quick stay, nice staff, quiet, still under construction in some areas but will be really nice when done. Rooms are just as pictured, comfy set up. They have a nice relaxing outdoor area and a pool, it was worth taking a chance on, would definitely come back.

Our state was very comfortable and very pleasant. The rooms are really clean. The service was excellent. The breakfast was little on the Skippy side, but overall the service was very, very good and management was very accommodating. We had a really nice time during our stay.
