Needs repairs!
The hot tub/pool heater only worked 3 out of the 10 days during our stay, making it too cold to use. The unit required several minor repairs, but despite the host Duane's responses, nothing was fixed. The outdoor area needed significant attention. While the unit and pool/hot tub water were clean, we were very disappointed and would not rent again.

Great access…
Great access to 275 and close to airport, downtown Tampa, Ybor city and stadium. Very cute house with the things you need. Plenty of space for a large family. Loved the kitchen. Neighborhood is not walkable… no side streets.

Great family house
We enjoyed the house very much close to everything so its only a short drive the pool was alot fun and clean. Especially loved that the pool was heated made for fun night swims having plenty of lighting as well.

We enjoyed our stay - family of 4 with 2 college aged kids. The house was clean and functional with room for everyone. The pool and spa were wonderful! Duane was easy to work with and very responsive.

Amazing host and perfect location for our trip!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was within 15 minutes of everything we did (Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, an arcade, the casino)! We drove out to Clearwater beach one day and that was a a little further to drive but not bad. It was conveniently located near a grocery store as well making picking up what we needed super simple. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults loved the hot tub. Having a heated pool allowed the kids to swim whenever they wanted. It did get a little warm for them so we had to turn the heat in the hot tub down a little to get the pool to a good temp. We loved the outdoor space though and used it a lot. The home was equipped with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, bath and pool towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You don’t always get these things in rentals so it was great. Although we felt safe in the home, the neighborhood was a little off putting with inconsistencies in the way the homes were kept up. This home is beautiful though and very nice. Because we went with simple meals, the kitchen had everything we needed. I would just say we could have used kitchen wash clothes and one or two more hand towels and a dry rack for washing dishes if we didn’t want to use the dishwasher. There was dishwasher soap pods and laundry soap available to us which was a nice surprise. The owner of the home is extremely punctual in responding to questions and very pleasant to work with. We would stay here again for sure!
