Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and more than expected. Cons: The property is old and in disrepair. The surrounding area was a little shady too. A shuttle to Busch Gardens would be nice - it is a long walk when you have been in the park all day! Also the room we were in had no closet or place to hang clothes.

Some of the other guests looked sketchy for lack of a better word. The location was convenient as it was close to Busch Gardens. I prefer not to stay in hotels where the rooms are outside. However i selected this location blindly.

While they've seemed to remodel the rooms they smell bad. The outside is dirty, and the pool is disgusting. It really needs to be drained and scrubbed it was horrible littered with debris and trash. The staff were all really nice and friendly, but I should have known when I checked in they were burning a candle. I've never seen that in any hotel I've stayed. When I got to the room I realized why! I would not recommend this place to stay. I'd have to say the staff were the only good thing about it.

I was very unhappy because they charged me for service dog I've been in other Quintas I never been charged in other Quintas around the state this is the first Quinta has charged me a dog fee and my dogs are service dogs they're really emotional dogs for me because I have emotional problems in life but she didn't want to listen to me that's the reason I will never stay there again oh PS one of the beds was hair on it they never changed the sheet and the phone did not work they had no doubt on I couldn't call the front desk I have to go to the front desk and tell him what time they had breakfast and they told me but should be unsetable of a phone does not work inside a room it should be checked by supervisor to make sure all phone line should be working in case of emergency thank you for letting me stay there but like I said I was very unhappy

The staff was nice but housekeeping did not speak one word of English. Lvp floors were dirty. Had black feet so had to wear flip flops the whole time. Bathroom had some hair in the tub and one on the toilet. Plus the supposedly fresh clean towels, one had blood stain on it and the comforter on the bed had droplets of something. I addressed them immediately and they apologized and fixed it but I shouldn't be going on vacation and have to be checking every little thing. It should be immaculate, pristine!!! I shouldn't be walking in to a previous person's stay. I will not be going there again. It was an exterior room so I did like being able to walk out my door and get some fresh air. Mind you staff was great and the hot breakfast was good but they seriously need to work on housekeeping and have people that speak English
