The room was dirty there were smears of stuff on the headboard and what looked like poop above the bathroom door. What looked like mold on the celling and puddles of water from the a/c or fridge on the floor. We also got stuck in the room. When trying to open the door to get out it wouldnt open. I had to pull so hard several times and when it finally opened it hit my foot and cut my foot. And the metal of the door plate by the handle was bent so bad maintenance had to fix it. I would not recommend staying there.

There were mosquitoes and little flying insects in the room. The AC units are constantly dripping water onto the walkway potentially causing an accident and I didn't like that it was an outdoor exit hotel. The beds weren't very comfy and the breakfast lacked a lot. It was close to Bush Gardens.

Some updates to The hotel were Done but still needs a lot of upgrades. All the hallways are full of water with the air conditioning leaking onto the floors. The elevators are old And need updating

We went to Halloscream, the property was across the street. We got an Uber even though and they were excellent. Our room was extremely clean, as was the bathroom! The a/c was cold, the bed and pillows were more comfortable than mine at home! My neck and back did not hurt the next morning and I slept 3-5 hours longer than usual!! The breakfast was ok and was free ..

This hotel worked for our purpose. I would not stay here for longer than a night or 2. The area is sketchy, ice makers broken, no in room coffee makers and the bleach used on the linens caused my daughter and granddaughter’s faces swelled up and broke out in a rash.

I had booked this property with the intention of walking to/from Busch Gardens, - but whilst our room overlooked Iron Gwazi, the park entrance was on the other side of the park, so we had to pay for a Lyft car for each journey. Breakfast would be good for most guests, but did not have much for those with dietary requirements (eg gluten-free)

No mam … the 1st room ur employee put me in was all ready damaged and it made sense why he waived the deposit fee and I even have a email that druggies were in the room and you were very very rude when approaching the situation and u didn’t even want to talk you told me that’s the 100 deposit was for the other room you put me in that I even called u and u said if any smoking was going to be done to smoke by the pool.. and u charged my card without authorization as if you have a room u put people in just to pocket the deposits and due to the fact how u profiled me and my guests and called us druggies was very unprofessional and you should not be a manager Everything that happened is on camera and I’m taking this as far as I have to til you give me my deposit for the new room u put me in when u charged the deposit. And not come up with an excuse justifying that your keeping the deposit for room that was already ruined and smelled like smoke with mold and etc. You literally profiled my guest and I then called the police to trasspass me for being a “LOCAL” like you said Everything is on camera and that’s all I have to say
