The gentleman that checked us in was nice, quick, and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great as well. However, the elevator was scary and slow, but that was the worst part of the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend and stay again if visiting the Tampa area.

I loved that it was close to the airport and that they provided complimentary uber to and from the airport. This made things so much easier. The property is outdated and can use some upgrades.

Money for value…yes. The included breakfast is a win. The location is superb if you like shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. You can actually walk to the mall. The mall is well appointed. The room ( king suite) was like a mini efficiency designed well for business, relaxing, or entertaining. The only issue I had was the bed; the mattress seemed to be super firm and the pillows super mushy
