The staff was very accommodating. We were on a cruise and needed an early and late check-out. They worked that out with no hassel. The hotel was under remodel in the lobby. We weren't told that in advance but it wasn't a problem. No noise on the 5th floor.

It would have been. I’ve to know that there was construction happening within the hotel. Then we get to the room, someone was in it doing repairs. Then when we go to take a shower, the shower was not cleaned. Hair and the dirty soap bar was still in the shower. Never again! Have not been happy with the last 3 times I have stayed at a Hilton hotel.

I was not informed it was under full renovation. Felt like a bit of a war zone. My room was fine, but the overall facilitites during construction were all torn up. I understand the need for construction, but had I know of this I woudl have picked another hotel.

Entire ground floor was under construction. Check-in was in a back office surrounded by moving carts of construction trash. There was no lobby or common space available. Elevators were converted to freight and were a mess. Back entrance walked by ground floor rooms full of debris and junk with curtains open. I choose Hilton Garden because it’s always been very nice and this was anything but. On top of it all I had to pay additional for parking which was an unknown addition. Could not have been more disappointed.

We booked this hotel specifically because they had 24 hour shuttle service. It took 3 calls to the hotel and 45 minutes to get picked up. If it weren’t for a guest who was exiting, we would not have been able to get inside because no one answered the call buzzer to open the door.

Room was decent condition however the construction that the hotel is undergoing ,was an eye sore around the premises. Management was apologetic that we weren’t made aware of it and gave some compensation but not much.

The renovations being conducted were never mentioned when i made the inqury. I also had a issue with the dining. On christmas day there was no room service, i was told over the phone there would be. Also the restaurant opened at 5pm. They had 1 waitress and i cook. I arrived at 5, didnt actually talk to a waitress till 5:30 to rake my drink orders.and my food order. I didnt actually receive my food u til 6:30 pm that was totally unacceptable. Only 1 elevator worked and it sounded.as if.it was.break at any moment. Overall very dissatisified with my stay
