Enjoy the peaceful canal view, watch the sunrise over the mango trees, and watch the dolphins, while relaxing on the patio. False advertising at its worst!
This property says gorgeous & newly renovated, but it’s far from that. It looks like this was damaged during the hurricanes and never repaired. It appears to be water damage that is dripped down from the ceiling corners. There was a giant patch of what looked to be plastic taped to the ceiling in the bathroom that was painted over. The place had a moldy smell and was dirty. The pictures may show it renovated years ago but not accurate for today.. got there late walked in 20 minutes later walked out after finding a hotel to stay at. I requested a refund they agreed to partial reimbursement minus one night and a cleaning fee. I didn’t stay and yet they want to charge me for a night and a cleaning fee. Cleaning would not help this place. It needs to be gutted and redone. I would never recommend staying at this place and I would never recommend staying with these people at any other establishment they may own. .

The location and the amenities were great for the price. Great value. The only thing that was a small annoyance was the a/c unit turning on and off. It would wake us up. Small issue.

Excellent relaxing spot
The place is perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend. Enjoyed the fishing and marina experience. Friendly people around. Laundry, restaurant and beach within 5 min walking. Swimming pool and hot tub very clean and inviting. I will consider going back 😀

Great couples get away
This was perfect for a couples week getaway! There was a few things that that we needed help with and spoke with the owner and got an immediate response from! She was very communicative and willing to be flexible with check in and out times! I would highly recommend this place the bed was the best part of the entire place it’s so comfortable compared to the many different VRBOs and others we’ve stayed in the beds usually are not that comfortable! We plan to return again some day!

It was OK
It was ok for us and we were there 4 nights.... The internet was not stable because the signal was weak from our unit, persistently in & out, & so that was frustrating. Other than that, the location was excellent. We loved the restaurant on site, the beach was right there nearby, and parking was right outside the door. The room itself being an efficiency was like saying in motel. For us we like "big" spaces to spread all our things out, so for me & my husband it was kind of small. But I think others might like it for a short stay.

Quick getaway
Nice getaway to relax and enjoy a little quiet time. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset opportunities and watching the dolphins play outside the door of our unit. Also took advantage of a sunset cruise from the marina located withing walking distance. The entertainment in the restaurant on property was also good. The only downside was that the coffee maker didn't work properly. It heated up but didn't dispense the coffee. Fortunately, our neighbors offered us coffee for our morning viewing of the dolphins and manatees.

Perfect little personal get away
I loved this little spot on the water. It had a great view,Food within walking distance, and a nice place to walk around and see Tampa Bay from across the water. It was very clean and everything is modern and cool. I had a great time there and would go back for sure.

My new favorite place
I would love to stay here again. I loved the vibe of the room. The view is beautiful. You can watch the sunrise from your window. You can walk to 2 restaurants, the beach, 2 pools, a playground, the pier to watch the sunset. Has everything you need in the area. Also had the necessities needed in the room. Service was very responsive and great. Everyone was so nice.

The property was everything we needed! The location was relaxing and within walking distance to everything! We had a little challenge with lock on the door - we locked ourselves both out and in - but with a simple phone call, it was taken care of immediately! Love this place!

Amazing Getaway
This place was great, a nice quiet place, a little out of the way but thats just what we wanted. Room was well maintained, communication with the host was easy. Seeing the dolphins from the porch made it so relaxing. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.

Find Better
Great atmosphere but don't stay here. There are many other options. Right when we entered the property it smelt like mold. The sheets, blankets, pillows and towels did not smell clean. We communicated this with the host and asked if we could wash that items being that they said there was laundry on the property. The host was not kind or accommodating about it. She said they did not give detergent to guess and could drop off new sheets but didn't. We ended up paying $10 to wash our own laundry and a nice couple from a building over give us detergent the there place included. Their place was much cleaner and less expensive. We were sneezing the whole time we stayed in that room due to the mold and asked if we could check out the morning after to give them time to find someone else to rent the room and so we could be refunded for the last two days of our stay. They said we could check out early but we would not be refunded. Do not stay here. There are lots of better options.
